more of the same, try another filler (Ellanse?) or just give up.

Regarding Ellanse, we consider this a high-risk product; you are injecting a plastic-like polymer into the penis in order to generate what is essentially scar tissue, fusing together the sliding layers of the penis. Dr Greta, our Urologist in London, refuses to inject Ellanse due to the risk. We have also discussed this with other UK-based Urologists who have discouraged us from using Ellanse or any of the collagen-stimulating products in the penis.

I think you should come in to speak to Dr Greta and discuss whether it is a good idea to have the new filler injected at our cost.
You can also talk with her about her reservations about using Ellanse or any of the polymer-based collagen stimulator products.

If the alternative HA filler also goes in 3 months, then HA might not be the product for you, and you could then consider a high-risk filler, which is biodegrading very slowly and should almost certainly last for years. Some of the patients who had Ellanse back in 2017, when we first started offering it, still have it today, 8 years later.

As I mentioned, Dr Greta refuses to inject Ellanse due to the risks. Dr Gary Horn will inject Ellanse, but only in Brussels. Our position is that collagen-stimulating fillers in the penis are High Risk. Like smoking tobacco or drinking alcohol, we can choose to do things which are risky and possibly harmful to ourselves, if the risks are properly explained to us in advance.

I’m definitely thinking Volux now but it’s so expensive.

We are negotiating exclusive rights to this filler and we do not want this information to be widely published at this stage.
If you come into the clinic, there is a good chance you are a genuine patient (of course yes you could be a competitor but it is less likely), and you will not only be told what the brand and model is, you will also be shown the box, given the patient stickers, serial numbers, manufacturer's pamphlet and so on.

We are open 7 days a week so there is no need to take a day off work, and there is no charge to come in.

We have at least a couple of queries a week from competitors posing as patients via email or messaging, asking what type of cannula we use, what the injection method is, whether we inject in a fanning method or parallel lines and so on. They should simply buy the Androfill training course. We have trained over 90 doctors worldwide in this procedure, but competitors still try to learn our trade by posing as patients. www.androfill.com/training/

Our doctors generally feel that most information is best discussed in a formal consultation rather than in a customer service channel.
Second, what we are using as Androfill is a little commercially sensitive at the moment due to exclusivity negotiations. Please make the effort to come in and find out what we are using until we are at liberty to publish that information to the broader public on forums and so on.

Thank you so much for the detailed reply - and just to reassure you, I’m definitely not a competitor. I’ve been researching this for months because I’ve had to hold off due to complications from a vasectomy. I’ve had four months of pain, six rounds of antibiotics and even 3 A&E visits - so I’ve been waiting for everything to fully settle before going ahead with anything elective.

But assuming no more setbacks, I’ll be booking in as soon as it fully clears. Just trying to make the best long term decision from the start.

“The new filler we are using has a specific CE mark for penile augmentation, which is unusual as most fillers are used off-label.”

This definitely caught my attention - it’s reassuring to know there’s now something officially CE marked specifically for penile use.

Androfill - Could you please share the estimated half life of this new CE marked filler?

When I eventually go ahead with the procedure, I’ll post updates here on how it holds up over time. My biggest fear is paying a substantial amount, only to have it mostly absorbed within 3-6 months. If the reality is a top-up every 12–15 months, I’d be fine with that.

But I do wonder - let’s say someone gets 15ml initially, then tops up with 5ml a year later. When the next year rolls around, would another 5ml likely be enough again? Or by that point has the original 15ml mostly broken down, meaning you’d actually need another 10ml or more to maintain the same size?

I know everyone metabolises filler differently, but I’m trying to understand whether top ups are just maintaining volume on top of a base or whether you’re constantly chasing the original volume because the filler beneath is always fading.

I know myself - once I’ve seen the visual difference, I’ll never want to go back, so I’m trying to make the best possible decision upfront. That’s why I’ve been asking about the details. Appreciate all the insights shared here and thanks again.

Hi, I just wanted to make it clear that I was in no way questioning the credibility of Androfill - as I mentioned in one of my previous posts, I found Dr. Greta to be extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the consultation and procedure.

The decision to go ahead with my treatment was largely in-part due to the positive and detailed feedback from forum members who have had a great experience.

Appreciate you taking the time to vouch for Androfill - it’s good to hear they treated you well.

That said, it’s hard not to notice that anytime someone questions results or transparency, the thread quickly shifts toward defending the clinic rather than discussing facts.

Since you mentioned Androfill Premium, could you share whether you received that as a complimentary treatment, and if so, what the actual filler product is?

A lot of us would genuinely appreciate some clarity and it’d go a long way to making the discussions here feel less like sponsor protection and more like open information-sharing. Also, please keep us updated on how long that filler lasts, how it performs over time - any detail or updates you can share would really help others who are deciding. Thank you.
