more of the same, try another filler (Ellanse?) or just give up.
Regarding
Ellanse, we consider this a high-risk product; you are injecting a plastic-like polymer into the penis in order to generate what is essentially scar tissue, fusing together the sliding layers of the penis. Dr Greta, our
Urologist in London, refuses to inject
Ellanse due to the risk. We have also discussed this with other UK-based Urologists who have discouraged us from using
Ellanse or any of the collagen-stimulating products in the penis.
I think you should come in to speak to Dr Greta and discuss whether it is a good idea to have the new filler injected at our cost.
You can also talk with her about her reservations about using
Ellanse or any of the polymer-based collagen stimulator products.
If the alternative
HA filler also goes in 3 months, then
HA might not be the product for you, and you could then consider a high-risk filler, which is biodegrading very slowly and should almost certainly last for years. Some of the patients who had
Ellanse back in 2017, when we first started offering it, still have it today, 8 years later.
As I mentioned, Dr Greta refuses to inject
Ellanse due to the risks. Dr Gary
Horn will inject
Ellanse, but only in Brussels. Our position is that collagen-stimulating fillers in the penis are High Risk. Like smoking tobacco or drinking alcohol, we can choose to do things which are risky and possibly harmful to ourselves, if the risks are properly explained to us in advance.
