TOPIC: PMMA in Brazil or south america

Hello everyone I just want to know if someone here know a clinic in Brazil or any other place near where I can get PMMA. The only website that i found was from dr Nacul but they told me that he is gonna fly to USA to live there.
I know the best options are Avanti Derma o Rupeka, but unfortunately I live in Argentina and my financial situation dont allowed me to fly there.

Unfortunately, you aren't the only one with the language barrier issue; the vast majority of the clinics discussed here are English-speaking, which makes discussing or researching foreign clinics quite challenging.

I wish I could say I had info but you can try and reach out to Avanti Derma about recommendations if you truly cannot make it to North America -- Dr. Casavantes (now retired) who opened Avanti Derma learned about penile bioplasty (as it was called at the time) by the work of Dr. Nacul, so it wouldn't surprise me if they maintained some connections since. Can't promise anything will come of it, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

Otherwise, you'll just have to heavily search the Portuguese-speaking / Brazilian web. Good luck!

I've dona HA with him, was ok. After doing with him I've tried 2 other providers that I liked more, none of them offer PMMA tho, the thir (and current one) has Ellanse as an option, so thats what I'm trying now, I also really like her technique.

Dr Tosatti is ok, he's an actual doctor (not urlogyst tho, but a surgeon) who turned in to cosmetic since I guess is easy money and with fewer risks tham doing surgery. I think he did an ok job, but hes not that careful during the apointment as the other two I saw after him. I would like to go to him for PMMA, but I'm liking Ellanse so I'll stick with yet a couple more years at least.

Regarding his filler, he says it's approved by the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency but doesn't specify it being Hyaluronic Acid (HA) or the brand of HA.

Not a red flag per se, because elsewhere he does say when regarding filler longevity: "It depends on the product used. Short-term products have an average lifespan of 1 year, while long-term products last a lifetime" which sounds like he promotes both HA and Ellanse or PMMA. I just wish he was more specific about it on his site. Did you see the packaging of the fillers? Any sort of information that would verify what he's using?

I mean again, if he's offering temporary and claims it to be HA, it tracks, and if he also offers PMMA, again, it tracks with his answer regarding product longevity, but it's difficult to hard vouch for the vagueness and limited information found on the site you provided. I hope you share that feedback with him again in the future so that he can at least elaborate to those who are much more informed consumers (i.e. those who visit the PhalloBoards when shopping around).
