TOPIC: Penis pump or full package pump after filler

I’ve been looking to getting PMMA rather than HA bc of the permanent results. I feel like with my high metabolism the HA won’t last very long. I do pump my Balls in a pump to make the larger and was wondering if I would be able to do that again once everything has healed up with either PMMA or HA filler. I attached a picture of the results I like to achieve using a full package pump.
I would love to get my scrotum permanently that size but it seems like silicone is the only route for that and I’m not up for that type of filler because of the risks it carries.
