At sparticus, I dont give 2 shits if any of you go to have surgery with Dr camacho or dan salas. Why would I want any one else to have a bigger penis??? Plus, I absolutely do NOT recommend Dermal Grafts. I find the concept absurd that someone would accept those donor scars. Also, V-Y lengthening is something I dont really agree with anyways, since I had a horrible one along time ago. Plus, I dont thnk anyone who is knowledgable in PE, and can get to TJ by themselves, and have a strecting routine needs dan\'s services. But the fact is, Dan knows how to cut and treat a dermal once its removed from donor area, and he keeps is very fat and only trims the hair off the skin, and this guy is absolutely 7 inches in Girth right after surgery. Messageman was 7 inches after his dermal many years ago. You better recognize dude. But I dont think dermals are good particularly due to the donor scar.

At S.O., if you can find my first threads from the old forum, you may see that I had my own case. I hadnt even gotten the implant yet, then I got the implant. I did not even know who Dan salas was, until i believe it was Terryvm or something like that referred him to me.

Lasttime and I spoke at length on the phone about his implant Removal and problems getting the length back...He is telling the truth'.I also think he is telling the truth about his relationship with Dan Salas...I don\'t believe there are any nefarious motives here...If you doubt his legitamacy , you should check his his posts on the old and new sites....

Hi Lastime, when Dr Alter reconstructed your original Y/V did he say if the ligs had reattached? If so why didn\'t he release them again, as when reading about his reconstruction work I\'m sure he mentioned that when correcting the Y/V he can also redo the lig cutting?

Having your own case and own problems with another procedure in no way grants you immunity from observation regarding separate matters (i.e. Dan Salas). I\'m simply stating that I thought it was unusual that you know so much about the affairs of Dan Salas, almost in real-time. I know you aren\'t Dan Salas as confirmed in older threads. I\'ve known this.
However, the way you\'ve discussed Dan\'s services has sounded \"sales-pitchy,\" with remarks on how \"scary\" Tijuana can be, etc etc. Perhaps you feel indebted to Dan because he\'s been good to you, and I suppose this is understandable. I am not accusing you of being Dan or working with Dan, just making an observation that I thought all of this was unusual.
My apologies if there has been any misunderstanding. If you can recall from the previous forum, I have always distrusted commercial-PE. There is a reason why Dan Salas, Dan Levin, Chad Hedman, and the likes are not permitted to join the discussion... and it is this reasoning that may explain why I remain critical on all topics concerning the aforementioned people & industries.
With that being said, I ask we resume the topic matter at hand

Thank you MM
I accept S.O
@Hoddle.. I had V-Y reversal with Dr Alter, and the after that my penis was very normal and in good shape. I was happy...however I didnt really know about post op stretching or hanging then. And he never recommended it then either. If I would have known that I could actually gain length from hanging I would have done it in a heart beat, and I would have never have gotten the implant. I really skrewed up by getting the implant.. which I got after the Alter surgery. Now when I see Alter, he tells me I need to hang and stretch, along with the Kenolog shots. I am seeing results but it takes alot of work. After the implant removal I was about 4.5 in length due to retraction. Now I am between 5.5 and 6 in length thanks to hanging heavy weights and ADS. My girth is about 5 inches erect. I wish to get back to 6 full permenant inches or 6.5, then think about PMMA.

Who is doing your Kenalog shots and how often do you have them? I think I might need them to try and sort out the problems I have following FFT Removal. Where abouts are they injected?

@hoddle.. Dr Elist originally gave me a script so I get a bottle once a week and inject them myself right into the scar tissue on the penis and into the pubic region. When I hang, I can really feel where the hard scar tissues are and I inject a little into different areas. I does hurt a bit, and it is alittle scary but I do it. I then visited Dr Alter and had to tell him I fucked up his work from the V-Y reversal, and that I got the implant and then removed it. Alter thought I was crazy for going to Elist but was still cool. Now if I go to him after this with some crazy thing again, he will throw me out of his office. But he ended up giving me an injection, and he numbs the area too so it doesnt hurt so bad. Once the needle is in you will not feel it anymore, it is just when it breaks the skin. However, I really dont see a big difference in the lump of scar tissue on my penis, this is my biggest concern right now, as it is annoying and holding me from gaining more length on that side. That is why I am very interested in going in for another procedure to release the penile scar tissue. I may do this with Camacho since I have seen his work and he takes his time.

No Surg-Tech should be preparing Dermal Grafts here in the States, this is way beyond their scope of practice even under a supervised surgeon. Medical mal-practice lawyers would have a field day having knowledge of this. Now if a Surgical Physician assistant was preparing grafts, his scope of practice would be limited to what the practicing surgeon feels comfortable having him do. For instance, like what happens on a daily basis within cardio-thoracic medicine. This isn\'t paranoid talk, this is scary business no matter how much hands training anyone thinks he has. A clinician\'s (ie- Physician assistant) level of advanced medical/science based education and experience is what counts the most in the operating room or even in a Dermatology setting. theres something truely dis-heartening about this PE business, its more lucrative that one really knows. And new clients/ potential patients with no medical knowledge should be cautious as serpents, even if the possible solution looks like a good one. I am very glad that support forums like this one do exist. On a glad note, let\'s continue & Reserve this thread to discussions on Dr. Comacho-melo\'s surgical experiences & practices.

Cheers Gents
