@Mustang2020
I promised I\'d keep you updated, being slightly ahead of you in our respective first series. It has been 4 1/2 weeks and just now the collagen has started to kick in. Build up is noticeable in the Flaccid state. Erect it has become slightly thicker with more Girth at the top and even a slight coke bottle shape. Admittedly this is only a small difference in diameter which is somewhat less girthy at the middle of the shaft. I even wonder if this isn\'t something which if it persists I wouldn\'t want to retain, granting a shorter unit an added feature not to be found in larger mammoth wangers? lol.
I am also noticing a small irregularity on the left side, with it sort of corkscrewing. This reminds me of Wade\'s comment about that to Dr C during the procedure, he said \"It\'s like a corkscrew\". So that might be why they had to place my PMMA in channels which curved upwards around the shaft, slightly spiraling around it. This might be why Wade told me with confidence and certainty \"You\'re going to be calling me soon for advice on how it develops\". Is only the beginning of the process and it may even out or become less noticeable, otherwise it\'s only a matter of enjoying another fun trip to California?
Cheers,
HC

I\'m surprised I haven\'t chimed in on this thread before.
I had 10% done in my 2nd Round (20% in my 1st & 3rd) and really did not see much of a change at all (the base was not measured but appeared slightly thicker, the mid-shaft was measured with virtually no change in size). Although it was only 11cc\'s, I anticipated at least a measurable gain.
It seems that some respond to the 10% better than others? I wonder what variables factor into how much collagen is produced, and how important they are (e.g. age, nutrition, etc). I\'m pretty sure my diet and lifestyle were about the same post-op all 3 rounds so I\'m not sure I did anything to discourage collagen growth.
I also wonder if diminishing returns (i.e. get less size per session) was more pronounced because I went to a lower concentration & volume than what I had in my first round.
I did see measurable gains after Rounds 1 & 3, both using 20%.

Personally I don\'t think it has much to do with how one responds to 10%. I think it has far more to do two reasons:

1.) I think lots of guys had bad 10% results on their second round, as foreign body reaction is greatest the first time round, no matter what the concentration. Also I think on second sessions, some PMMA will be injected into collagen tissue that formed after round 1. So therefore the tissue might become denser, rather than grow in volume.

2.) Size of Girth, as the beads need to be sufficently close together. 20cc of 10% would probably give the same gain as 20cc of 30% on a smaller penis. But on a bigger penis, 20 cc of 10% would probably give less as the beads will be spread too far apart, whilst 20cc of 30% the beads will stll be sufficiently close. Second session injections naturally cover a great surface area.

I think for later rounds higher concentration has to be used, but I\'m not sure that is advisable.

Hello,I am coming from germany and had an opertion with dr Valter in Rio de Janeiro 3 years ago. The esthetic result after the operation was not good. I had product at the base of the penis, and nothing at the top. I had to stop sexual relations until he operated me a second time (for free), as he noticed the result was not good. Bit still I had to pay for the trip from Europe, and suffered during a whole year without sexual relations.Honestly, after the second operation, the result was ok. I felt relieved. But a year after, progressively, my body started to reject the PMMA (product injected).This means I started to have granulomas, small, average and a big bowls (like a kyst). I had to stop sexual relations again. I talked with my doctor about this and told her the truth, even if I felt ashamed. I saw a Dermatologist, then a surgeon who operated me 3 times to extract the granulomas. I have just had the third operation. I still have to wait for the final result because it is still inflammated. But it was not easy because I had an hemorragy after the first \"extracting\' surgery. The second and third reconstructive went well. It does not hurt. I read on many forums that the PMMA is often rejected after some years. For me, it happened two years after the first operation by Dr Valter.
If you have questions, please ask, thanks

While not very scientific, at this point I think 20% is the way to go for any round and even 30% will be better. 10% and 5% best used for small touch ups near the glans and so for. I guess we will learn more as more people report here. The problem thu is that we have one or two people with 30% and we need more data from people have had that percentage!

Fran Berlin,
Thanks for sharing your experience with us and we are so sorry that it was so painful and hard to live out. We would like to know what procedure you had, ie what concentration of PMMA was used and what type of PMMA (new plastic?) as well as how many CC\'s were injected in how many sessions? I have heard of bad results when too much PMMA is used, or when they don\'t use the same methods as Dr C in Tijuana, with special needles placing the product methodically in controlled quantities a very skillful manner at strategic locations. Thanks for sharing.
