Hey Guys I can know officially say I have achieved .6 I don\'t know where the little extra came from maybe its the collagen supplements and lots of water.
Any way I am awaiting confirm for a second round on the 21st January I am going for another round of 20cc of 30% Metacrill. This time I will be wrapped straight after as I found the stretcher aggravated my post op swelling and thank Evil for the advice at the time.Thoughts so far......The procedure is close to a miracle and I would recommend to everybody, obviously it is not without complications but luckily I have had (apart from swelling) a pretty straight forward experience.I am hoping that on the 2nd round if I can hit between .4 to .6 gain I would have achieved my goal.Im trying to be very careful as I can see this could become an easy addiction lol.Being BPEL 5 to 5.5 (on a good day) I have to be careful not to go down the Fred route although there is a strange appeal to what he has done.I am going down the Smartman route but want to achieve 6cm Flaccid diameter then Im done lol.

Eastender, do you know if the Dr would use 10% if requested instead of 30%.

Also, what was your starting Girth?

@eastender,
I am really happy for you, just don\'t go for the 6 cm Flaccid diam., it will be too big esp. in regard your EL and there will be a big difference in Girth between the gap behind the glans and the shaft, I agree with you it could become an easy addiction but you have to know when to stop .
With PMMA you can make your penis big, nice and natural looking penis but also you can make it huge but useless .

Does anyone know why the information on Metacrill is inconsistent?
Brazil: 40-60 microns
www.metacrill.com.br/us/usaber.htm
Europe: 30-50 microns
www.euroquirurgica.com/metacrill_eng/metacrill_eng.html
This last website claims 40-80 microns with \"a high percentage\" of particles 10-20 microns or less (thus presenting a higher risk of granuloma formation and perhaps even product migration by immune cells). They also mention a \"significant amount of impurities\".
All the worrying claims above are not referenced to any of the article\'s reference list. Can anyone substantiate them?

So what size really are the microspheres? And does less uniform sizing increase the risk of complications? If I\'m not mistaken, other than the reason that it is approved for nasolabial fold use only, Artefill is much dearer owing to its very uniform microsphere size which is costlier to produce.

Hey Guy\'s
Yep Hoddle Im pretty sure she would use the 10% Im sticking with the 30% as even just the short flight plays havoc with my work routine and I think with 40cc after two sessions with 30cc I may achieve an ideal size.Thank you Smartman for your wise words last thing I need after all this expense is a useless tool lol.I have booked flights and confirmed my second round for the 21st January, this time the Dr has agreed to wrap as Im convinced an extender straight after is not a good idea with swelling. My mission is 5/5.2 cm Flaccid diameter then I will probably call it a day and get on with fixing some machinesMust say loving the increase I have and excited about building upon it,will keep you informed

Hey guys - Been lurking for a while, gathering info, and have to say that this board is a fantastic resource. I\'ve finally settled on PMMA - the question now is where. I live in the US, but am currently working overseas for the next year or two, much closer to Europe and Dr. Nemeckova than Dr C. Could someone please tell me where I can find her contact info? And eastender - way to lead the charge for Europe - thanks for being a pioneer for those of us across the pond! Hope all is going well. If you have any insights regarding Dr. N, I would be most interested to know as much about her / the procedure as possible. I\'ll probably go to Prague as opposed to her office in Seville. Can you give recommendations for a hotel? Feel free to PM me and thanks much. Mods, if this is in the wrong place, feel free to move - don\'t want to break decorum. HB

Brothers of the Board Im back home after round two,I will be waiting sometime before round three just to give my body some proper rest time.Ok here\'s the report as usual the Dr was very nice and professional she checked me over and said I had healed very well,I pointed out a few places that needed attention which she got immediately. We spoke about what I was looking for in round 2 and to her credit she did try to disuade me from going for 20cc bit I said that my goal overall was 50cc and that my last session would be 10cc.Also this time I was wrapped and have kept it on overnight that was a great decision. So this time was pretty much like the last but I had more put in at the base which is very swollen she went for the tapered effect fingers crossed thats achieved.Once the metacrill was in placed she moulded it into place and we talked about some of the amazing things she has been able to achieve with the product for patients. We also spoke about the impact this board has had on her and she said she reads the board and has had a lot of people contact her, someone from Holland saw her late last night. We spoke about Dr Passy as well from my understanding I think they were communicating about him coming to Europe.Ok Guy\'s as I still have wrap on I have no measurement but will post in a few days.THANKYOU to all, the help and advice from you has changed everything

While I remain faithful to Dr C this is a viable option for those in Europe. I prefer his \"hands on\" experience and skill at crafting a proper result, I was somewhat deformed prior to the visit and now it is not only thicker but more naturally shaped than before his intervention. One more bravo for Wade and Dr C...

Found some answers to my previous question on microcannula dimensions. The only ones I can\'t imagine exist are the 0.1mm diameter ones listed on the metacrill.eu website. (9 and 12 are 0.9 and 1.2mm diameter respectively so I presume 1 is 0.1mm diameter?)

Can olafspo or eastender clarify whether Dr N uses the same gun technique that Dr C uses? It dispenses 0.3ml with each pull of the trigger and aids even distribution.

Just an update for everyone Im healing well but have a few bumps and what I think is being described as a bb.I am not panicking and messaging and monitoring I am now 5.2cm diameter at base, a comfortable 6inch EG at base. From where I started to where im at Im very pleased I just have asthetics that need to be taken care of in what I hope will be my last round I would like to get closer to 6.5/6.75 to end my journey any advice would be greatfully excepted.I think having now had 40cc after 2 sessions I can see what can be achieved but also how important it is to remain positive and to not use your new unit too soon.Post op healing should be adheared to the letter I resumed sex after 7 days but feel should have waited longer

The manufacturing process might have improved since (I cannot find evidence of this as yet from sources with no competing interests) but these are excerpts from a book showing a high proportion of irrregularities in Metacrill and Newplastic which are thought to increase the risk of granuloma formation. There are also electron microscope photos to illustrate the difference between the PMMA products.
books.google.co.uk/books?id=grUrNbDnZIQC...%20granuloma&f=false
Scroll to pages 105-107.The entire chapter 9 on Artefill is also an informative read.
I wonder whether Dr LC, Dr IN, Dr SP or Dr GL would have anything to say about this? Do they have independent sources proving that the PMMA product characteristics that they use have improved? Information from this board indicates that NewPlastic is no longer in production.
