TOPIC: Dr.Samy Passy

Having been fortunate enough to have had 20cc of 30% Metacrill I have increased Flaccid diameter (measured at the base) by 1.5cm.I am scheduled to go back on Feb 25th for second procedure and having gained knowledge from this thread will be encouraging the Dr to go with another round of 20cc of 30%.I think altogether 50cc of 30% should get me my desired end result particularly having read Smartmans views my last session would be 15cc just to correct any irregularities.I wil keep the brotherhood informed

Thanks eastender! Please DO keep us all posted as not many have experience with 30% concentration. Your results are of particular interest to many. Congrats brother and thanks.

smartman is an Inch shorter than I am... from what he tells me. Having seen his pics, his Girth is outrageous!

I was going to schedule an appointment with Dr. C. But, after a few emails with Dr. Passy, I have scheduled an appointment with Dr. Passy, as he assured me that he can get my 4.5 Girth, to 5.5+ in one appointment. Plus, I like the fact that he does not inject PMMA near the glans. In fact, he said that injecting PMMA above the Circumcision line, has a higher risk of resulting in Necrosis. I thank Dr. Passy for this information.
Also: A trip to Rio De Janeiro? Sweet Latina hotties, baby! March of this year will result in two things: An awesome vacation destination, and the result of a fatter manhood. Couldn\'t get any better than that, IMO.

Hey buddy, your experiences in Rio will be extremely beneficial, useful, and insightful for the forum! We hope to gather more about Dr. Passy\'s method, how it is similar to Dr. C\'s, and where it differs. Right off, I can tell he\'s less conservative in his approach because he\'s assuring you 1\" in a session while also being open to 30% (which isn\'t the case with Dr. C).
Wishing you the best of luck, and maybe you want to hang around Rio long enough to test drive that tool?? lol, Brazil (imo) produces some of the finest specimen of \"woman\" on the planet!!

I am sure that Dr.S. can get you around 1\" increase in Girth, esp. if you have loose skin.
What is your Flaccid diam. ? And what is your target EG?
Mine after 2 sessions is 5-5.2 cm and my Erect diam. is around 5.5 cm (and that was my target after my 1st rd and stayed still the same till now). So these figures could help you, e.g. lets say your target EG is 6.5\" try to find an object with the same Girth and measure its diam. in cm lets say it is 5.5cm so you should ask Dr.S. you want your Flaccid diam. to reach around 5-5.2 cm.
He told me the same thing about the reason why he avoids injecting the gap behind the glans (skin Necrosis ??) , but if you go for more Girth of the shaft you will need to taper the area between the glans and the shaft.

From the e-mail I have received from Dr. S. in regard of the volume I have received in each round :-
1st rd ---> 35 cc\'s2nd rd---> 12 cc\'s
His technique is different, he injects in the 1st rd the main volume and try to reduce the volume in the following rounds.

After two rounds I have desired 5.2 Flaccid diameter,I do have a few lumps and bumps and I think what where calling a bb.Im remaining positive massaging and trusting my body to Repair but will be talking the Dr N soon any advice would be greatfully excepted.I would say Im still impressed with what has been achieved and will go back for 3rd round too fixs asthetics and get bit more Girth lol

I think the best thing is to have the opinion of Dr. N., but I would squeeze these lumps and not only massaging them now (massaging will help mostly in the 1st 24 hrs and may be in the 1st 48 hrs but not after that) you need to squeeze these lumps and bumps hardly and try to prevent clumping of the beads at these areas more than the rest of the shaft esp. in the 1st 4 wks (that was the advice from Lemperle) and if they persist go for Kenalog injections in your next consultation.
In your next visit go for more aesthetic issues (e.g. Kenalog injections if needed??) and for touch-ups only and I wouldn\'t go for more Girth at the moment esp. if your FD is 5 cm or more, I will wait and use my tool for e.g. > 6-9 months and then I will decide if I want to go for more Girth or not, PMMA will be always there if you need it in the future . (My advice to you never be addicted for more Girth).
