Day two after second procedure. The pain is gone, a bit of discomfort from the wrap. Slept good no problems on that end. I wish it would stay this size all the time.

So this pretty much confirms he isn\'t mixing with Juvederm as he had suggested. He\'s not using a micro droplet technique and he\'s not worried about spacing the injections months apart as other Dr\'s who use Silikon1000 do. To me it\'s becoming more clear that he\'s simply taking Silikon and injecting it like any other filler. If he was mixing it with another type of filler to act as the carrier, a week wouldn\'t be long enough to absorb. It would take months. To use a traditional micro droplet technique the penis is too big. In my opinion he\'s just injecting Silikon and trying to make out it\'s something more technical.

As we know PMMA products e.g. Artefill contains around 20% pmma beads and around 80% bovine collagen so i.e. the end result (the volume gain) will contain 20% permanent pmma beads and the rest i.e. 80% or less will be the new collagen that our body produced .

Dr. Loria claims that > 95% of the end volume gain from his mixture will be our new collagen so the rest of this gain will be the permanent products (e.g. artefill +/- silikon 1000) i.e <5% .

Does that make sense :-

(Artefill) 20% permanent product ---> <80% new collagen
(Loria\'s cocktail) <5% permanent products ---> >95% new collagen

So i.e. his mixture is better than Artefill ????? :-

Cheaper, produce more collagen (i.e. it should be with this mixture less rounds needed) and no need for skin-test (28 days before the main injection).

Your 1st rd as far as I remember was on the 26th of July and after only 6-7 days you had your 2nd rd :- I concluded from that either he doesn\'t know when the new collagen starts to form around the beads or the micro drops (which I doubt it) or he knew about it but he injected in the 1st rd mostly temporary fillers or he might injected only a small volume (I doubt this possibility...> you paid 5k for the 1st rd).

1- If he is truly using a permanent pmma or silikon1000 products as he claims, your body will start producing collagen weeks after injection (e.g.in Artefill after 2-3 wks and ends around 2-3 months) so he should know that he has to wait for a longer period for the 2nd rd.(4-6 wks), and esp. if he claims his mixture will give you > 95% your own body collagen unless if he injected you only a very small amount (but I doubt it, you paid for the 1st rd 5k ??).

2- Lets say if you didn\'t gain from the 2nd rd (I really hope that you will have gain this time) what\'s next ?? Will you go for a 3rd rd after 6-7 days again ??

So there must be something with this mixture and this procedure :- He still didn\'t find the real mixture that he claims, otherwise he shouldn\'t inject again after 6-7 days i.e. if he really used in his mixture as he claims permanent products.

I would ask him this Q. if I were you :-

May be he is injecting his patients with nothing more than some absorb-able fluids to give impression of a size increase, but then body absorbs it, time for another injection and a few more thousands of $$....Hey, sounds like a great idea to me....he keep \'em coming for more with no real gains..he IS a genius!!!!

To make you believe he is doing something for you before he stops doing anything alltogether. That is, of course, if it were the case that it was just any kind of a cheaper, reabsorbable filler. We dont know that yet.

How the hell could anybody take this doctor seriously with those allegations at the beginning of the thread?

I am curious if the doctor is going to defend himself in any way. And I would love to know why he injected Irishfan again so soon after his first procedure.

Ill stand by my stance that he didnt. He takes people on these sites for morons.

I do hope it stays up though; it only makes the doctor look worse...And frankly, if a guy decides to trust this doctor after all the shady information that is available about him, well then, it was his informed decision, and he deserves what he gets.
