My goodness, more invasive than it sounds? Resto, when I was reading about this procedure, my immediate thought was \"this is far too invasive for me to consider\". And based on your experience (which is much greater than my own), it\'s in fact more invasive than it sounds. I could never go through with this procedure, unless It was a matter of Peyronies disease, and it seemed the only option.Of course, I don\'t fault anyone else for having it, don\'t get me wrong. Yeah, I guess I just meant from my own experience...the surgical explanation of plicaiton (putting in a few stitches to take out the curve - and the whole thing is 90 minutes) vs. the experience of it...was kinda different. Not being able to touch my penis for a month, and then still having post orgasm pain 8 months later...it was just more than I anticipated (though I had read many reports of men with pain at the plication nodes long after surgery - it\'s more annoying when it happens to you). I assume any procedure that degloves and involves manipulating the tunica is going to be similar. I wouldn\'t do it unless there was a deformity.

Miracle had grafting (though \"tunical lengthening\" isn\'t quite the same - it\'s grafting on both sides whereas normal grafting surgery is just done where the plaque is - which is on one side 90% of the time)... and he gained length over time. In his progress report, he describes it.
