Just had a consultation. I was calling to get my webbing fixed and pubic lipo, but inquired about the procedures. Doctor was very helpful...but I decided not to do the surgery. He recommended PMMA when I told him I wanted FFT, said his customers are more satisfied that route. He told me it wasn't permanent, and that you only get 2 years. I told him I was looking for something permanent, he told me FFT is permanent but you lose 50 percent of your initial results and it will be lumpy. I asked why does the website say otherwise he said the website is old lol. I guess they have nothing revolutionary going on there just same old FFT. Hope this helps anyone considering. Still going in to get pubic lipo and scrotum fixes that should give me a couple inches I'm not small so I'm not gonna risk injecting my penis

Wait so Morganstern does PMMA now?

Maybe I'm not too familiar with all the different procedures but he said something about filling it with something other than my fat, isn't the only other thing available PMMA?

I see him next week. Will ask him more about his procedures.The more I read the less I'm inclined to get any Phalloplasty procedure whether it is fat, PMMA, or HA.

PMMA definitely last longer than 2 years. I wish mine would go away but unfortunately, all other doctors say it\'s permanent. This doctor sounds like he doesn\'t know much.

Hello , Morganstern does not offer PMMA. With his rejuval method he offers either fat transfer or HA filler with the option of lengthening also. The price for FFT plus lengthening is $11,000 . The price for HA plus lengthening is $8,500 which includes 1 touchup in 1 year. HA enlargement without lengthening is $6,000. with an extra $2,000 for glans/head enlargement. For botched surgeries from other doctors. Is between $6,500 to $8,500. He's done over 4,000 fat transfer procedures. Dr Carney is the doctor in his practice who does this. I'm asking him about his patented 'tissue restructure' method that he claims is superior to other doctors . (Less chance of lumps and less reabsorption). Which was the problem I had and most everyone else has had. I'm skeptical until I see otherwise, but am interested to know more about it. Would like to know from others who have used him if they've gotten lumps or significant reabsorption.
