I would say I would be normal to low and tight before- as the only pre-op pic I have is in Dr. C\'s thread. Funny, as I had my penis for 40+ years and I can\'t remember what it looked like before. Just like you said I have a fat lip look now, with varying degrees depending on who knows what.
I think when the collagen growth period ends I may go back on Advil and ice it to see if that helps healing. Sex irritates it for sure.

camp, those Erect stats look good while Erect. mine looks good while Erect as well, but when it goes down, I turtle and it looks bad. I lose about an Inch or so when Flaccid and my glans hides in the \"swollen lip\" of the skin. What are you when Flaccid? do you retain length or shrivel? Shower or Grower?
I use Magnum condoms, and even then they feel a little too tight in the mid section.
