TOPIC: what can I do?

Hey Resto, you\'ve previously mentioned the HA looking and feeling a bit odd or something next the the PMMA. Have you considered having Ellanse put there next time, it\'s a stimulatory filler so might it might feel more similar to the PMMA on the other half of your shaft.

I thought about it...like Radiesse too again, which worked but faded out around 8 months. That felt a bit more natural than voluma, but with voluma I could \"erase\" a mistake VERY easily with hylenex, which I actually used 3 times because it\'s incredibly hard to navigate the anatomy once it is so screwed up with scar tissue, PMMA, nodules, etc...

Also, I don\'t think it is approved in the USA. I won\'t buy anything online from another country. After all the crap I\'ve been through, I just got the fillers directly from physicians who had accounts with the respective companies (merz, allergan, etc).

I forgot if I posted this but virtually 1/2 of the HA is gone already by 8 months too. The Juvederm voluma studies about \"lasting two years\" had a lot of caveats. Look at Realself, and the surgeons explain it. All of the patients had 5-6 ccs in the face and touch ups in order to \"last 2 years\" or something like that. I\'m not completely remembering it right, but it was explained very well on realself to unhappy voluma patients.

It also caused a tyndall effect, like all HA fillers can do, though it\'s subtle. (blue hue to the skin)

I really need bigger Girth as well. Would A actual implant be better than PMMA. Like someone said that sounds like I\'m ok with my size? I am not girls haven\'t complained yes but I\'m the one complaining. The things I want.

Bigger While soft.
Bigger While Erect.
Bigger Girth.

Can PMMA do that or an Implant. I want it permanent HA is good and all but I need it to last. I\'m taking everything into consideration. I have had someone say that they would transfer fat to my penis for $1500 with installments. I think that is a little shady. What do you guys think?

Ellance, csn be very long lasting, good firmness, simillar to PMMA on feeling, you check out your new Girth and decide a fully permanant option if you wish so without trowing too much money in the air. I recomend this also because you sound impulsive and not so well informed to me .. you might regrett a drastic permanent permanent later, especially if you start with a perfectly fine penis and ends up with one which is not
