Is anyone happy with his implants though for at least 5ish years?
I would never get one but can\'t imagine every positive review is fake?

Not that I know of but this thread isn\'t for those type of inquiries. If you\'re interested in finding members 5+ years out I strongly suggest starting your own topic.

I saw the investigator thread and am going to speak with this person. I have not really spoken up much so far because I was not sure how seriously to take all of this. I am likely one of the luckier ones and the implant is not too bad. However, let me tell you my story. I had the implant first done in March of 2018 and it was way off center. I could tell immediately and they assured me that it would straighten out over time. After 3 months, they finally agreed to fix it when it did not straighten out. As many of you know, you cannot get them to just give you a straight answer. Even the assistant doctor was looking at my penis and could see that the implant was so off center and had a challenging time reassuring me that it would magically just self-correct. Dr Elist always seems so matter of fact and reassuring so I allowed him to replace it in August of 2018. Once again I went under the knife for the correction, hoping that it would be okay. This time it was mostly centered, although not completely. I have a protrusion that comes out near the top at the right. Actually, it looks pretty good when just Hanging which is why I thought it may not end up being so bad after it heals. It has been 6 months since the second surgery and it is challenging to masturbate because of the implant. It also looks like a \"cobra\" when I lay down as you can see the implant through my skin. I am married to a guy and he thinks it looks a lot better this time around. He has been very patient through my depression and constant obsession over my Dick. I really wish I never got this done and the shame and embarrassment is quite high as many of you have acknowledged. I did not see this phallo board until after I had the surgery.

I am very self-conscious of my penis and it is mostly just a pain in the ass now having the implant. It does not look natural and I have let Elist and staff know that I am still concerned with the protrusion and they keep insisting that it will just correct itself over time. I have spoken to the gay guy in Canada who is in a relationship and he is mostly satisfied but states that after two-plus years, he still has protrusions and it looks unnatural when Flaccid and laying down. I had asked Elist and his office to give my information to other clients who were happy with results and I have never heard from anyone. You would think that they would have a long list of guys who are willing to offer positive support to others through the process. However, I have not spoken to anyone other than the guy from Canada.

I have been quite patient and have stopped communicating with Elist office since it goes nowhere. They are careful about what they will say in an email as well as in person. My spouse says to wait another 6 months to see what happens. I know already that the implant will not get much better over time. Included is a picture. I have been fortunate in not having an infection and it actually looks pretty good just Hanging Flaccid most of the time. This board first scared me because I wasn\'t sure what to think with so many negative comments. When I was not able to locate positive ones, I really started to see that you guys were not just pissed off people that were in the minority of penile implant recipients. I really would like to get my money back but am afraid to have Elist remove it knowing what I have read on here. Will he purposely fuck up the surgery? Yikes. I just don\'t have the money or energy to go through all the hassle of fixing it without Elist being held accountable for fraudulent surgery. We really are not told the truth up front and it\'s such a sensitive topic for us guys to address.

Thanks for hearing me out.

I had the surgery in 2012. I am from Michigan. A corner piece broke off about 2-3 years ago and was floating around and i didnt see anyone about it cause i was a little embarrassed to tell anyone i had it. Dr Elist basically said keep it as long as you want and if you decide you dont want it anymore just have it removed like it was no big deal. Well 2 weeks ago i had an intimate evening with the wife. The next day roughly early afternoon i noticed my penis was swelling up and began having a lot of pain and started a fever as well. I went to the dr ( a eurologist) the next day. They drew some blood and put me on antibiotics and that dr told me to come back the next day to see another dr that is more familiar with implants. Went back the next morning and the dr looked at my bloodwork and immediately told me to go to the ER. Ended up being in the hospital for 2 nights, the implant broke into multiple pieces and had to be removed. I had an infection and became septic as well. The surgeon that removed the implant contacted dr elist and told him about what happened. Dr elist told my surgeon that they had issues with that particular implant breaking into pieces. If dr Elist knew about the issues with that implant, neither him or his office contacted me to let me know about any defect. As of now my length has gone down and i dont know what other issuea i may have due to all the scar tissue. My surgeon is unable to give me an answer what my final outcome will be because its unsure how much scarring etc... Will happen and what it will do. I contacted a lawyer here and they tell me about the statue of limitations in the state of Michigan and say i wouldnt have a chance. They advised me to contact a lawyer in California and im waiting to talk to someone about. Does anyone know of any lawyers in California that would want to take this motherfucker down so he cant hurt anyone else. Thanks for any info you may have. Wish i saw these horror stories before i had this done as well. I would never recommend getting this done.

Wow homer03. That is awful and I am so sorry to hear that happened to you. That is nuts! We should all start a class action lawsuit against Elist in California. Someone will take on this case for sure. There are too many of us guys now that have dealt with the bullshit. I just emailed his office because my protrusion is becoming more pronounced and they emailed back telling me to be careful and they contacted my pharmacy about kenolog injections (into the scar tissue) that I can give myself after watching a video they will send. Where is Dr. Solomon located in LA? The one who has removed the Elist implants for a number of guys? I am scared to have Elist do mine. Are you feeling okay now, homer03? How insane is that! So sorry again to hear your story. R

I strongly encourage you to speak to Medical Board of California\'s special investigator. He\'s compiling victims\' data. The more evidence he has, the stronger his case will be. Please reach out to him. He might be our last hope to hold Jamshid Elist (his real name) accountable for his horrible Penuma implant. All of his employees know damn well that many patients have complications. Yet, they have the nerves to tell people that most patients are satisfied and have no issues. That is such a lie. Truly despicable. They will all get their karma someday. A bunch of disgusting liars. I will probably never get a dollar back. Sigh.

I have read on this forum that Dr. Joel Gelman MD at UCI Health has treated Elist\'s former patients. However, based on my research, he has no contract with other health insurance companies. The cost of his treatment would be 100% out of pocket expense. That can be really expensive.

I was given information about Dr. Mark Solomon in Beverly Hills who also fixes Elist\'s handiwork. I am going to schedule a consultation with him to remove the implant and do what is needed post surgery to correct anything that Elist did with this venture. Does anyone have experience or are there threads that discuss Dr. Solomon and his success? I don\'t want to go back to Elist to get the Removal for obvious reasons. A malignant narcissist in his rage can intentionally do more harm due to injured pride. Best to avoid him I would imagine and just take care of it elsewhere. Is anyone in the process of starting a class action lawsuit against Elist? Is there a thread about his as well? Hang in there Homer03. There appears to be treatments to help, although the cost does suck and Elist should be required to pay for those along with refunding money for botched surgeries (which sounds like most of them). I remember the moderators or somebody stating that most will eventually get the implant removed and now I totally understand why it is just not possible to have this crazy foreign object in my body for any long period of time. It is simply freakish at best.

Does Dr. Solomon\'s office use insurance to remove the implant?

Homer,

Consider using a stretching device. Be very careful and work within comfort and not irritating suture lines but it may help prevent loss of length.

Please make sure you contact the Investigator with your case info. I have recently talked to him and he tells me he has a good case to present to the board. The more \"victims\" report to him, the stronger the case will be.

I urge all of you to contact him, you will have full privacy talking to him. I met him personally in LA and he seems dedicated to do his job. Remember, he has other cases to work on, so it will take him some time to respond back to you.

We owe it to future elist victims to do what ever we can to stop this person from destroying other men\'s lives!
