TOPIC: Need advice... What should I do??

Hmm MHN does it involve filming / taking pictures of couples who would like to have their own homemade, but professional style pornography featuring themeselves? I have heard of this if such is the case. Also thank\'s for the age compliment!

I am thinking about it very very hard. These next couple of years are definitely years of transition for me and I would like to make the best of them, yet still position myself to do well in the future.

My younger brother (19) also just didn\'t get accepted into college so I am tempted to move in with him into either a downtown apartment or buy a house near downtown and rent out the other space to students.

At least throughout all of this I do have the family business to fall back on. Unfortunately it is the Painting trade and not Plumbing or Electric. Painting generally has the lowest wages out of all the trades, high competition (you don\'t need to have any formal training to call yourself a \"painter\") so there are a lot of low-ballers out there and material prices have increased 20% or more in the last 5 years.

Here\'s my ideal situation... let me know if this seems far fetched...

- Take entry level position at the financial firm.
- Bartend on Fri / Sat night when the club is open.
- After a couple of years if I move up in the financial industry leave the bartending world for the college kids, if the finacial feild is stagnant and boring find something else...

My only draw back to anything right now is my debt. 4 rounds of PMMA and 5 years of school have left me with a good chunk of debt that needs to be paid off...

Or do I just get more schooling? haha this is a serious question... I wouldn\'t mind getting into real estate and my business degree could only help that.

Some of it does, yes. The \"amateur\" thing is a hugely growing industry. \"Personal\" (and professionally made) videos are a hot commodity.

I live with my older brother now. I\'m divorced. Living with somebody that you get along with is a nice thing. Split the bills but still have \"your own place\" and get laid frequently!

Your \"ideal situation\" doesn\'t sound unrealistic. You\'ll have to decide for yourself. As for me, I would have loved doing the Friday and Saturday night thing (bartending) but the places I worked wouldn\'t give me just the weekend. It would have pissed too many others off as those were easily(!) the best nights for tips (surprise). So yeah, I could have done both nights... as long as I was willing to work a few other nights during the week as well. So again, it\'s up to you and I hope you make the right decision.

Off topic... Where did you get your members\' pic? Geez, that\'s a DAMN hot ass. Hopefully that\'s an ex (or current!) of yours. I hate when you post because that damn pic just blows me away.

To be honest I can\'t even remember where I got that pic! haha but I hate it when I post too especially when I am in class or working in a coffee-shop.

Yeah that\'s a pretty sweet business idea. If I had the money and a hot wife, I\'d do it in a second. I love filming it myself and would definitely love to have a professionally done film.

The Fri-Sat thing miiiight be high hopes. The owners actually own another smaller club in town that is open tuesday through saturday, thinking more logically they would likely hire new people for the old place and take their best from the old place to the new one. BUT I have also heard there will be upwards of 6+ bars in the new place and it is multiple floors so they will have to hire new people for it. The only reason I know anything is because my current roommate is a bouncer there... and my former rowing partner is the bar manager.

The Real Estate idea is tempting as well since its one of those jobs where you basically work when you want (Naturally the longer and harder you work the better you would do...). At least in Canada the market isn\'t tooo bad right now and literally maybe 2 people out of my graduating highschool class have gotten into it and I don\'t have any friends who have even considered it. Plus I feel like its one of those things where if you are passionate, it will work out.

I have so many directions I could go, its definitely tough. I also make a couple hundred every month on some websites I own (Google Ads), which if I invested a few months earnings into some content writers I could make a pretty good buck on as well. $200 per month could easily be $1000+ if I put a couple months of really hard work in.

I feel like I am overthinking things haha.

Real estate is not a bad idea. There are ups and downs with it (as in any industry). Hey, I was only in my early teens at the time but I remember the housing crash of 1990. It hit hard throughout North America. I was born and raised in Toronto (Etobicoke actually, but it\'s the same thing now). So yes, bad times will happen. But if you\'re smart, you\'ll save during the good times. As you said, it\'s all how hard you work and the effort involved.

Heh, as for getting a hot wife... Yeah, I\'m divorced now. My ex is really hot. Would put most Maxim cover girls to shame. It\'s nice to have a sexy partner. Just be sure that it\'s not the reason you\'re with them. I (now) far prefer a great personality to a hot body. During my younger years, I spent a good amount of my time chasing the \"cover girls\". Usually only to impress my friends. I wish I had the Balls back then to actually go out with women that I liked, instead of trying to impress others.

As for the hot wife... I can totally relate. I was engaged at 21 to a maxim cover model type... thin girl, blonde, big fake boobs (which she got while with me), she was a crazy squirter too. Sexually I miss the shit out of her... not so much in any other way though. I am thankful that it was only a broken engagement and not a divorce a few years down the road.

Since I have dated a few hot model types and pretty high level dancers (ballet... not in a shady way haha) but it was always just sex... never anything serious. I have not fallen for anyone since. I do want to, but with my promiscuous ways I doubt it will happen for quite some time unless the perfect girl comes my way. I\'m not going to lie either... I have definitely slept with some 5s and 6s as well haha.

I am setting up some meetings with some local Realtors to discuss some future possibilities and to see if its a fit for me.

Good!! Take your time young man! Have your fun and find your perfect mate in the process. They usually sneak up on you. I\'m still very hung-up on my ex, but also on another. It\'s a terrible journey.
