I have the same, small base..
Dr N doesn\'t put stuff at the base, well

Still in total my Dick looks still better i would say - fatter in the middle is better than non-fat in the middle for me
(at least that\'s what i think so far)

Man, I don\'t remember what your unit looks like, but I bet it\'s not as bad as you think it is.
Remember, dicks come in all shapes and sizes. Some are bigger at the base, some are thinner.

I would try DMSO if I were you. I have a lump but it is only really pronounced if I force the Foreskin completely back so I have not received any comments. Then again I have not been with a lot of different women after doing this.
