It helped slightly. I did two syringes- one per side and it helped increase the crown profile. Still, I do still get a bit of an uncircumcised look as the filler in the shaft is still much larger than the head. I do debate trying to get a bit more on the glans edge to see if that might help but i don't want a sombrero of a head. Being more the Grower than a show-er, that's a real challenge when Flaccid. I'd suggest starting with a couple mls though.

One thing I learned on the glans. It certainly doesn't help to put the HA filler in the head itself. The skin is just too dense there and the "fanning" of material from the edge didn't take well. Also, I did have some real bleeding at the time of the injections. There was almost the slightest amount of blue-grey that almost looked like a scar or other trauma. It's gone down and isn't real noticeable anymore. Until a better solution is found, I'd say stick to just the crown.

I have similar measurements to you before you started. 7" and 4.6 Girth. Would you recommend getting less upfront and shooting for a more modest gain. I just want a 5" Girth and was considering 12 mil at a PhalloFILL

I would ask your doctor what they think. The issue with a full 7" or more is the amount of coverage you'll need - for me, it was close to the base. But, spreading it throughout, and not having a much of it near the glans should easily give you a nice 0.5" gain. You might be able to get that from 12 ml. Just don't be surprised when you look down and want just a bit more Girth than that already impressive enhancement. It's tempting. But shooting for a more modest gain of 0.5" will help to make it look more natural.

Have you gotten any touch ups in the last 3 years?

If I do it I am in between using PhalloFILL at elevate Urology or studio md. Elevate Urology has a Urologist do it, but they cost more and you have to wear a sleeve. Studio MD has a plastic surgeon do it and it uses juvederm voluma.... no sleeve and 10 mil is only 4k.

Yes. Maintenance is key to keep everything uniform. Every six to eight months, I've had spot treatments of 2 to 4 mls. What I've noticed is that my body seems to absorb the HA a bit more quickly near the base.

My doctor uses Juvederm and I like how it feels. 10 mls for $4k seems like a good price. With your length, I just wonder if he'll be able to get the addition you want with that volume. So, you might check ahead to see if you decide to add some. I've not done a sleeve but have self-wrapped for a day or two with a flexible sports wrap. According to the doctor that's done my initial and touch-ups, everything can shift for a couple of weeks. But I've not had that issue. You'll likely want to avoid any sexual contact for a week. And don't be alarmed if you bruise some. It goes away over the course of a week or so.

i wonder what the most i can safely get in one sitting. Would love and extra .5. Also I am a shower and not a Grower. Do not know f that matters Seems as if i need 12 ro 13 ml for what I want. How is the feel of it? I think I would go with a plastic surgeon due to the price.

So you got your initial filler 4 years ago... how long would you say the initial Girth enhancement lasted? Was it a one and done or Have you gone in for top ups yearly? If so, what are you spending yearly?

In your initial post you seemed a little on the fence whether you liked it or not (could just be misinterpreting). How do you feel about it now, 4 years later?

Is it squishy at all and has your wife/partners ever noticed something was off?
