There are thousands of posts spanning this site, PhalloBoards 2.0 and PhalloBoards 1.0 -- even someone like myself who has read every single post made on all 3 iterations of PB won't necessarily remember an instance or two that may have been mentioned in the span of 13 years.

I say this to say -- please use the Search Function on all 3 sites to see if it's been chimed in before.

Also, *candidacy* for a procedure is a question that can only be answered by Doctor/Clinic (although forum discussion can still be helpful in pointing you in the right direction).

What is known is that fillers have been applied to men with grafts implanted first, but off the top of my head I can't recall if it's been done the other way around (having a graft implanted in an already filler-enhanced penis). This is likely at the Surgeon's discretion, both whether or not the Doctor will offer it, and which filler options are available (fat vs dermal filler vs either).

This question would make for a good FAQ submission to the Phallo-Guide, so I'll try and found out in the coming days. Otherwise my advice would be to use the Search Function & directly reach out to those who are offering this procedure regarding their policy with respect to your inquiry.

What I did was get in touch with their liaison James, he will answer your questions handily. He speaks English very well and is very knowledgeable. I recommend you take his advice. As for the clinic they are seasoned, professional and proficient if I could add more titles but it would take me all day.

Mainly from my experience you need to be sure of the following:
1) If you're not circumcized get circumcized by Proud Urology and it's better to have a loose circmumsicion than a tight one, (discuss this with proud Urology) it's very important. I had my circmumsicion done by a Cypriot surgeon in my home town very nearly messed all my hopes and dreams up because his cut wasn't even and although my circmumsicion looks loose from the top it's un even and shorter on the bottom underside, luckily proud Urology found a way around the issue but I was lucky my skin is stretchy enough. And I had sore erections the first 3 weeks but they have improved alot. So I basically wish better for people who do this after me get it done properly and Not Tight because your Erection s will hurt. Don't go to a local amateur like I did. Proud Urology are going to do it best for you. And the great thing is they won't charge you! It's part of the whole package.

2) Make sure you don't get stingy with your skin graft size. It's expensive I know, just from going from 5cm x 6cm to 5cm X 8cm the price increase is 1500 dollars. But it's very important to get the right size so once you heal up and get full Erection ls you will understand why. Again listen to the clinics advice do not try to be a cheap skate.

3) Become a health freak, Eat properly lots of protein veggies and fruit...no junk food, carbs and sodas pops, Get as much sleep as you can (will be a bit hard in the first 3 weeks due to painful erections) follow all the post procedure
instructions they give you to the letter.

Take Vitamins, dissolvable vitamin c and zinc high potency, hydrolyzed marine collagen supplements for the first 3 months oh and 1 small clove of garlic per day, I am pretty sure you will be on the right track to massive cocksville ah and ofcourse stay away from coffee sugar and most of all........STOP SMOKING & DRINKING Alcohol

I can second that. I've heard about Proud Urology for years (which says a lot because there aren't any other non-English International Clinics that I know by name), and only recently had reached out after some members had asked me about them. To my surprise (and excitement), their Patient Coordinator (and Liaison) James was both very fluent in English and possessed all the requisite knowledge you'd expect someone in his position to have.

Even when contacting them by email in English (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), James will return your message in English.

You can also Private Message @Proud_Urology on the Forum as well if you prefer, but email is the fastest way to reach them. Phone consultations are done through WhatsApp, which is a safe, popular, and encrypted mobile app used Internationally.

Yes, I believe having the 8cm is key for achieving the ideal result. Naturally, when the 8 cm graft is attached to a Flaccid penis, if you settle for a shorter graft, you risk the graft thinning itself too much to accommodate the longer Erection size. I have found that the main complaint from people undergoing this surgery, based on the 500+ local reviews, is:
1. The fact that it temporarily shortens Erect length, which is expected. If you consider that you have a not yet vascularized graft attached to both ends of your Flaccid penis, naturally, there ought to be some resistance from the graft to accommodate the length in your Erect state. I couldn't find anyone complaining about the Erect length not returning after 6 months, even though nobody seems to report stretching or Hanging as part of their recovery in their reviews.
2. Most of the glans gain disappears for most people. This is hard to quantify as most of them don't specify measurements of their length & Girth to begin with, and it's even rarer to find proper glans measurements before and after surgery. However, most have said that only around 20% of the gains are left. Injecting semi-permanent/permanent filler at small amounts seems to be the only acceptable method for permanent gains right now. I have found that Proud also mentioned that it has done grafts for the glans as well - ouch! I can't even begin to imagine, but unsurprisingly, it doesn't recommend this method as it might lead to Necrosis. I'll take any permanent gains, even if it normalizes over time.
3. There's the "chin phenomenon" where they describe a thinning of the penis between the end of the shaft and the glans, making it resemble a chin. I suspect that this is either the product of people who have suboptimal vascularization and/or collagen growth that disproportionately affects the end of the shaft more than other areas, or the fact that they might have opted for the 6cm instead of the 8cm grafts, which stretch the grafts too thin when it reaches the edge of the shaft.

Now, I'm interested to see how yours holds up over time with your length. If yours turns out fine, I should have no worries since I'm only 14cm. Therefore, my grafts shouldn't need to cover as much length when Erect. However, I do think it ultimately comes down to how well the vascularization is, and other factors such as collagen growth. Regardless, I don't think it's that big of a deal as you could always top up the "chin part" if it were to occur. I was wondering if they'd ever offer you to add Megafill on top of the Megaderm since I've seen that they have different packages on their Korean website, which includes 5S Grand. This is an additional 10cc of Megafill on the shaft on top of the 5cc that already comes with the regular 5S, which is mostly for the glans. If they did, is there any reason you didn't get the additional 10cc? In terms of price, the quote that I got from their English site is an extra $1000 for 10cc, which is reasonable. I know Megafill doesn't have the best reputation from the old forum based on Reklaw's experience, but he was injected with 70cc. So, I think having a 10cc top up should be considered way safer compared to those past experiences. But if it was due to Megafill's less than stellar reputation, I don't think you would inject it into your glans. So I was just wondering what your line of thinking was. I couldn't imagine that you just decided that you wouldn't want to get too big and instead settled for less gain. They also offer a 5S volume package, which includes public liposuction. However, I honestly don't consider it as an option for me, as I don't believe I'm a good candidate for liposuction. Furthermore, the after photos for this procedure, particularly for those with megafill, appear much better and more uniform than those using your own fat.

Hi there I removed a post I made on south bays thread to you P76k03. I pasted it here instead, I am not really familiar with forum etiquette to be honest, but I generally mean well and try to participate when I can.
So here is my post to you here again.

It's great that your being so careful and meticulous with your research. It's impressive even, but at the end of the day just remember that you are going to change a part of your body, and there are really no backsies once you go through with it. It will be noticeable because your penis will look huge both flaccid and erect compared to before.

Right now I'm 1.5 months post procedure and I'm 16.5cm erect compared to 18cm before. And believe me.... because it's so thick now. I couldn't give a rat's arse if I ever get my previous length. Women love girth. It's plain and simple. They love it and get addicted to you. You will never catch me crying about lost length if there is any in the long term ever again.

Even though in general I have gained an inch in girth. At the very base at my first 1inch and a half of length. I have recorded very close 6.5 inch girth when super hard erect. The surgeon added some filler at the base to cover drop off maybe it's that.. I really don't understand why it's so thick there but it's great for stretching out the girlies!. Once that gets into a woman her eyes roll and she shakes uncontrollably like the world is going to end and BEGS you not to stop. Haha cry about length? Never again.

As for the graft length, they measure you penis and suggest the best graft size for you. I don't know your flaccid length but if you like 13-14 cm flaccid your gonna have to get 10cm long graft so break your piggy bank! :P

Not sure if I should call your review divine providence!

I was literally today and yesterday doing my research on Proud (I live in Korea) and our measurements are bang on the same.

My biggest question is the solidity of the erections? Like does it feel like a really solid Erection when it’s hard and vice versa when Flaccid?

Does it feel real? Does it feel like your penis and not just like an added sleeve? I’d be really interested to understand because I’m at the point of if I want to do this or not (saving up) and wondering if the benefit of the thicker Girth is beneficial if it doesn’t feel like me.

Hope this makes sense!

thanks again for your amazing review.

I also may go for the gland increase just because but I did hear that does decrease over time leaving maybe a 20% increase perm…

Hi there Papaecho!

You can "feel it" when its flaccid yes. Because the skin graft is of a certain measurement. It starts and ends somewhere in other words. They try their best to make transition as smooth as they can, how ever it is inevitable. When your hard it is much less noticeable if at all (it can be felt a tiny bit but visually its not noticable other than you got a tree trunk for a cock.. You will always notice it more than any woman because it is your body your awareness is pinpointed on it. When I am hard the only place I can feel it a bit is at the base when the graft ends but its just that area where the graft ends so its a small ridge. It is much much less noticeable when erect. But in my case if I do say so my self, my dick looks amazing flaccid and hard....like my wife literally just admires it gives it pet names in admiration and pride. I am not bull shitting you at all. She won't let me go anywhere now with out behaving really jealously. Pretty soon she will put electronic tagging around my ankle like they do for house arrest! :S :side:

She is like a farmer and im like her prize stud Hog !!

I dunno what women get up to with your dick mate, but in most cases their not going to inspect our dick like a urologist.

To answer the rest of your questions.

1. My erection quality wasn't amazing prior to doing this because of plenty of smoking and drink. How ever I stopped smoking and drinking prior to this procedure, during and ever since. So My erection quality is formidable at the moment. Just my dick is much bigger in girth so it's angle has lower by a few degrees. In any case your erection quality might be much better than mine so you wont even see angle difference. I can't be sure about you.

2. Once I get hard and start having sex the girth makes my woman go crazy with lust. I mean I don't know how many times or different versions of this I can say it. Women LOVE Girth.

3. Do not touch your glans. Leave it alone. Just get a nice big fat cock and enjoy your life.

4. Yes when erect its very firm, its not a mushy soft graft don't worry, If your erection quality is good you will be able to burrow through vaginal canals like a battering ram no probs  Just remember though this is surgery, it takes time to heal. Your not gonna be porn talent material until a couple of months go by.

Thanks mate!

This was a huge help.

How's your length going? Finding it returning or you still just chuffed with the Girth gains?

Also is the reason you're not interested in glan gains due to Megafill?

I'm probably going to get in touch with them this week or next and get a consultation. Would be interested to know how permanent permanent is. e.g. 5 years etc.

Looking forward to your updates and progress report!

While I didn't get the same kind of procedure (I had dermal fillers), I can totally relate to @bicboyanaconda733 's description on how it's palpable to some extent flaccid, and hardly noticeable (if at all) when erect. The reality is that penises come in different sizes, curves, shapes, skin color variation, veiny-ness, small/large glans (i.e. penis head), and so on.

I've slept with a good number of partners and none of these women have cared to inspect or comment, and if they do, it's usually in amazement; like I had one woman (who was promiscuous and likely seen many dicks) straight up say "holy shit" after grabbing my shaft. I always tell guys, if you act like you have something to hide, it will invite scrutiny. Just carry it like it's your own because it will be your own -- whether filler or graft, these will integrate into your tissue and become a part of you in a sense.

Papaecho sorry for the late reply, in my case in regards to Erect length, when Flaccid I'm longer than before by about 2 cm or so. It's more to do with the weight of my penis which literally nullifies any significant retraction. I'm literally always around 5 inches or just shy of it.

Now as for Erect length I am a solid 16.5 cm before I was about 18cm. But to be very honest I really had to bone press very hard to show my 18cm Erect. I would say I have lost about 1 cm of Erect length.

However to put things into perspective. Minus 1 cm.... Then consider that now instead I can literally feel the vaginal wall all round my Dick gripping on tightly. I can feels the spasm when she orgasms. The trade off is a no brainer. I have gone from 5.1 Inch Girth to 6.2 inches Girth at my thickest part of my shaft. That's what women will recall as you make love to them...how much your stretched her open and how much you filled her up. And not how many times your randomly painfully poked her cervix.

My wife keeps telling me that from her perspective it feels longer than before even though it isn't because of how she feels more at the depth I can reach. It's all relative in a womans perspective. She just wants to feel more.

Oh and one last thing, because I quit smoking I put on weight...I love food unfortunately. So the fact that I'm 94 kilos now instead of 90 well you can see where some of the Dick length went to.
All in all the length variable is negligible it really is. The bottom line is, if you want to impress a woman and give her unparalleled pleasure you need Girth. If you want to cause a woman pain and little in terms of sensation then go with long and thin. The latter I can guarantee you will get you much less return customers because you won't be as memorable. You have to ask your self do you want moans of pleasure or moans of pain and discomfort.

About the glans, I know I don't seem like it... But I am a risk averse person in general. My glans was always going to be off limits for modification. I believe it to be the most vulnerable and delicate part of the penis. It shouldn't be tampered with. If anyone disagrees with that...well do your thing. But if it doesn't work out, just remember that is the first thing that goes in a woman and if your in pain because you modify it or you loss sensation. Also if it looks deformed/mutilated it will put off potential partners. They may be think you have a terrible std or defect and then your basically screwed.... it's your choice.. have at it.

Updates are that I am still really happy with my choice, I have gained a serious amount of girth, lost 1 cm of length. It's been about 3 months approx. since I had this girth enhancement, and I feel I had enough time to test drive my new dick. I feel I got my bang for my buck, wife is totally happy. If my dick size was based on how often my wife mentions it, we would be talking planetary :woohoo:

Confidence is super high and that for me is worth it alone. Pleasing females is a close second though :)

I wont be trying to go for more increase, mission accomplished B) heart

p.s I owe a great thanks to these forums. Because I learned a lot from many other men's experiences. And being able to talk and share your experience with someone else good or bad. That's invaluable. I was nervous in the beginning ofcourse, who wouldn't be. But I am here to tell you it can be done. All that matters is if you really want this.

Have you seen an issues as you have healed? Like a drop off at the end of the graft? Or any other irregularities?
Thanks

Notice in the pre op picture, you can see where the circumsiecion scar is, they managed to tuck the graft so precisely below the glans that its completely symmetrical.
I don't know how closely you can see it in the post op picture, but on the original photo I can see where the graft starts and ends but its very subtle. It's right below the glans and at the pad of my thumb just after the knuckle to wards the tip of the thumb by the base of my penis. You have to admit the post op picture has an almost cylindrical look to it. But it really is hard to notice. It's more of a matter of you personally knowing it's there and knowing where to feel for it. Others can barely tell unless their super tactile about it and go full on massage mode on your dick.

p.s Pro tip: If your erection is really good and hard, it's very difficult to detect because of how solid everything is placed...even full on tactile unless they grab your dick like its a bic lighter and try to light a flame from your glans if you catch my drift ;)

That post op pic right there is a home run buddy! I'm with you and wouldn't touch that again. If anything just a small amount of pmma at the base where the graft ends. Otherwise not a damn thing.
Congrats man. You're making a strong argument for the alloderm graft for me.
