Super interesting to hear your Foreskin glides over the filler, almost all previous reports (Auguste etc) seemed to indicate it kind of moving with the skin as a padded layer so this sounds like a major advance in technique and outcome for uncircumcised guys. Sorry, your first message was ‘does the filler move with the skin’ (in general) but your second reply just implies the foreskin?

I’ll try to answer both.
When erect the filler, for me, does feel like a fatter more padded skin. But when I masturbate the top layer of skin does glide a bit over the filler but also the filler moves with it as well. I can’t really explain it. In a nut shell I can feel the filler and know it’s there.

Regarding the foreskin, there has been no migration for me (apart from when I’m floppy and that tiny bit pops up when I manually pull my skin back) . When erect I have a nice taper with no migration.

So I have had 2 rounds of filler
The first was 22nd December 2024 and the product used was Volux and I had 15ml

I then went for a second top up on 23rd March 2025. We discussed using a different product because of absorption and squishyness. We agreed on Teoxane, teosyal ultra deep. Apparently this would be more firmer for me.

Fast forward to today, I notice that my penis every month from about August was losing filler. Obviously not loads but I was absorbing some (probably the Volux over the Teoxane). I now believe that most of my Volux has now gone (13 months from initial filler) but the Teoxane is, I believe, still there. Because of this my penis looks slightly alien looking (kinda lumpy in places). When floppy it still looks much bigger than my original size but not as big as what it was. So just bear in mind it will look odd. I had a hook up recently and they commented I had a nice plump cock and didn’t comment on anything else, so I was happy.
I will say that I believe some of the Teoxane has also slightly absorbed but I feel not as quick as the Volux. Maybe because everyone’s different but I’m guessing because it’s firmer it’s just maybe better overall?

For me I will probably wait now until most of it has been absorbed and then I will go straight for the Teoxane for 15ml then leave it 6 weeks and get another 10ml on top.

Is there any update and has the Teoxane lasted better for you than the Volux? I was hoping if I went for Volux I’d only need a 8ml top up a year to keep 15ml but if you have lost almost all of it in just 13 months, that’s disappointing for the amount of money spent.

Any further info would be great. I’ve always wanted to do it but the ongoing costs would debilitate me.

I’m going to be honest with you what’s left in my penis could be Volux or Teoxane. It’s quite lumpy now where one have the fillers have dissolved more quickly. I’d like to say that actually the Teoxane has lasted longer than the Volux (yet the clinic say otherwise).

When im floppy my penis still looks good. I remember how I was originally and I was very small. It’s still quite chunky looking and I’m still happy with my floppy. For this reason I will always have filler as it outweighs some of the alien look you can get sometimes when it starts to dissolve.

When I’m Erect at first glance it’s still good but more noticeably thinner than last year let’s say.
If you have a regular partner and they know about the filler then I wouldn’t be too concerned. If you have multiple sexual partners and you want to be discreet then just be wary that when Its hard now it’s slightly lumpy in areas where one of the fillers are still holding up well but dips in places where some has dissolved.

The problem I have now is, I want a top up, do I just get a top up in the areas that are ‘deflated’ or do I wait another 6 months until the filler has almost completely gone and just go for it a full round everywhere. That is what I’m debating.

What I will say is, when I go for my next round, I’ll probably stick to Teoxane for the first round and then top up again with the same filler 6 weeks later. I can then verify which filler held up properly for me.

If you refer to the reply I’ve just done that is a good write up what’s happened so far with me.

I went for a different filler shortly after my first round so it’s hard to tell which filler has lasted longer but if I pinch my floppy in places I can feel the lumps of filler. I mainly got filler to have a bigger floppy and it still is a good size even after 18 months now so I’m very happy with that. Saying that, I have only just started to notice this month that I am now wanting a big top up again but in the dilemma of waiting for more to dissolve so I get a much even lot of filler or just on top up in the deflated areas. I will probably wait and see what it’s like at Xmas and do the full round.

When I’m erect if you’re feeling it properly it can still feel a little bit alien but it really doesn’t bother me.
It’s still fatter in the middle which my partner likes and also the 2 people I’ve also been with this year (3way) didn’t say anything and commented that I have a really nice cock. No one has said that before, so I’m happy!

1. Say you were to get 20ml and in a year lost 10ml and you then top up with another 10ml. So just to say they don’t recommend more than 15ml in one hit. Dr Greta said I was a good candidate for 15 ml (I’m guessing she decides that when she stretches out your floppy to see if it will take 15ml with no problems) and then I had 10ml on my second top up 3/4 months after.

To answer your question I would probably say no it wouldn’t degrade the same as its fresh product. But that may be a AI question to ask or even Dr Greta herself.

It doesn’t surprise me. I got mine done in December 2024 (15ml) and then my top up in March 2025 (10ml). I can’t remember what I paid but if your splitting it down to yearly budget and with me saying I’ll be going back in December 2026 (2 years since initial filler) to start it all again with 15ml then another 10ml in March 2027 then I would probably say £1800/£1900 a year to have a bigger Dick.
It’s a lot of money to most people. And I guarantee you won’t be 100% happy with it but probably 90% happy with it. I’m quite open minded and understood completely about lumps bumps and irregularities which is exactly what I have. But like I keep saying in my replies my floppy still looks good and fat and my erections arnt too bad.

That’s a lot more filler than I had hoped I’d need. I’m currently 6” length and 4.5” Girth. You sound similar to my size pre filler. So I think 12ml you would be happy with initially. I went back for a top up just to fill a few voids where it wasn’t perfect. So you will have to play that by ear.

I think it’s the initial outlay of the filler is the highest cost. If you also read my previous posts I do mention about my Foreskin not staying retracted when Erect where it did before. Also the first couple of months intercourse was slightly painful and actually even 6-12 months after if I was having rough intercourse it would slightly hurt again. That never happened again after 12 months though. Maybe my body was just getting used to a foreign thing being inside me? I don’t know.
