Currently I’m at about a $27000 investment with 60 syringes with AvantiDerma and 20 syringes with Dr Rupeka. I feel like I’m a slow Grower or I just don’t respond as well as a lot of the other guys with PMMA filler for some reason. I really like were I am so far but it’s just taken so much to get here it seems. As for injection style, they both inject with you Flaccid.

How many syringes did you get on your underside? All 20?

I’m going in 2 weeks for my second appointment and I’ve been wondering if getting the underside would be a good idea.

I got 20 syringes the first appointment and gained about .6 - .7” Girth. I’m hoping to gain another .75 - 1” in this session. I had planned on another 20 syringes but I’ve been seeing a lot of people talk about the underside making it feel heavier which is appealing but does it gain a good amount of Girth as well? My current thought was maybe I do 25 this time around - 15 on top and 10 on bottom but I have no idea how much would be needed on bottom to gain anything.

Last thing - I’ve heard it’s dangerous if it settles against your urethra - in your experience how easy was it to keep away from your urethra? Seems tough to do

So yeah I did 20 syringes only on the underside and gained about .25” in Girth. Having my underside done helped to round out my penis a bit more rather than it looking so very oblong. The side profile looks a lot better to me now! As for urethral restriction, I don’t think that’s as common as folks think. If you actively mass it all close to the urethra before it settles, I could see it maybe constricting it a bit but otherwise I don’t think it’s all just gonna decide to migrate there on its own. I’m pretty sure my filler stayed right about where Rupeka placed it. I did have a little spot mid shaft that felt like it was sitting right up against the urethra. I didn’t notice it until it was settled. I only noticed when I tried to have sex. It was quite pain, but more like a little zing that was annoying. I knew the product would soften in a few weeks and not be noticeable and I was right. Now everything is good! I plan on getting another 40-60 syringes if I go back to Dr Rupeka and definitely plan to have more added to the underside then. I’m looking at another .75” to hit my goal size.

20 syringes in the underside netted you a .25 Inch gain in Girth?

So 60 syringes would be like .75 Inch in Girth? Thats like another 45k for that much right?

Would it not be more cost effective to go Avanti then do final touchup at Rupeka or you're just going for one more session with Rupeka?

The math sounds good BUT the amount you get doesn’t always reflect the returns. An example of that is I got 24cc the first round at AD and got about .5” gain. The two rounds after that at AD I got 17cc and 19cc and got the exact same .25” gain each time. If you try to math those, they don’t math quite the same way. So I really don’t know how many syringes it would take to get me to where I’m trying to be.
As for going back to AD the only thing with that is there’s no guarantee on how much I will get each trip so I don’t know how many trips it will take to get there before I would have to plan yet another round for “finishing”. If I go to Rupeka we can discuss what he believes will get me to my goal in one visit and go ahead and get THAT amount with maybe a tiny touch up in the future. I think for me time is more of a factor than the money. I’m 4 rounds in (plus one failed round) and I’m dying to hit my goal so I can move on to other ventures. A lot of the other guys have gotten way more gains in less rounds so I have tunnel vision.

That’s not how that math works

Just a few update pics from week 12 post Avanti and week 6 post Rupeka. Holding pretty steady at around 6” FG and about 6 3/8” Erect Girth. I’m massaging once or twice a day with coconut oil and using my red light panel 20-30min about 4 days a week. At its most Flaccid I still get a bit of the pig in a blanket effect but I expect that to resolve with my next round and the added weight from the filler.

Wow these are great results! Thanks for the update. The pig in the blanket effect is very minimal to be honest.

When I’m cold or nervous it’s a lil worse than that but I’m digging it for the most part
