TOPIC: Leonardo Medicine Round 1 12mL 8/1/2025

Hey @EngrMike looks like you are about 6 months out post op. How has everything settled? I am getting the hybrid done in February with Dr. Leonardo and am eager to know what I can expect. I want to go big and something I already discussed with Dr. Leonardo- he said if my unit can accommodate it safely he would consider it. If it’s something I really like I may go the permanent route down the road, but mentally just not there yet.

So, I’ll admit it’s a bit mixed results. I can still feel the Radiesse portion of the injections Hanging in there. However, my body seems to have absorbed the HA portion of the shot fairly rapidly. I dropped down to 5.25” around Thanksgiving and seem to be stable there. Considering whether to go back for more hybrids while building a thicker layer of the longer lasting Radiesse or to bite the bullet and get some PMMA. Money isn’t a primary concern. Just looking for something that lasts and has good aesthetics.

Is it uniform ?

Thanks for the report. Unfortunately it seems like the results are very shiort lived from the reports here.

It was very thoroughly mixed, so is still completely even. It’s just gotten firmer as it shrunk, which is why I’m assuming it’s the HA that’s gone. Also, I’ve had HA before and it was very squishy, so I know what it feels like.

I’ve had 20MLs of HA and last round was beginning of December- I did 3 rounds 5 weeks apart. Gained .4-.5. I’m looking to gain an inch more. Strange thing was one side of my unit was all soft with the HA the other side was rock hard and adhered to the fascia very well, is completely immobile and this happened right after the doctor injected- I felt it immediately after the procedure and it was rock hard and has been ever since(this happened on round 2 which was in November). Not complaining I actually like it and honestly can even tell it’s there hard or soft, but my main concern is that it’s so hard I don’t know how you could fill more in that area. Maybe lay filler on the outside of it to build it out laterally? I’d say it’s probably half an inch long down the shaft just under the circumcision scar.

I do plan on getting around 20MLs of Radiesse and then 10 more MLs of HA all in the same round with Leonardo.
My questions is how long do I have to wait for the collagen to go down after the calcium spheres are broken down and absorbed by the body before I can get PMMA?

Honestly would be thrilled if the CaHa and HA lasted 1.5 - 2 years with over 6 inch erect girth(currently at 5.4-5.5). My goals is to get to 6.5 erect girth in the long run. Not so keen on aesthetics but also don’t want lumpy, bumpy, or mangled dick.

@EngrMike How much did it cost for 12ml? That's why I never understood getting HA if it disappears in less than a year.

Is Radiesse the only thing keeping your size gains at .25 instead of 0? How much would it be for pure Radiesse instead of a blend? And could Radiesse be injected into the glans for semi permanent gains?
