Here’s some updated pics.

Very thankful I had a great surgeon. No complications or Necrosis and almost 6 months later, I’m feeling better every day.

Hopefully anyone who is doing research on enhancement with Dr. Loria sees the threads in this forum. I personally got mine done back when there was zero mention of silicone oil so I had no knowledge of silicone oil being injected in me. But now that it’s out and everyone knows what he uses, if I can tell you one thing, I would say find another way, anything else besides silicone oil! You may be fine for a few years or perhaps even 10 years but eventually the silicone will cause problems.

My surgeon said there was “pockets” that basically filled the silicone oil bacteria and was like a thick soup. I had 2 larger ones, one on each side. The silicone oil cause swelling and damaged my nerves hence all the pain I was in. However, that pain turned into numbness brocade the damage was so bad. Luckily, now that the silicone oil is gone, my nerves are regenerating and I’m slowly getting feeling back in my shaft.

I made this thread for awareness.

All in all I’m doing pretty good now. From above, it looks pretty good. The under side is a gnarly scar.

Trust me, no one wants to go through the surgery I went through!

you are extremely lucky to enjoy a bigger D and be back to normal when you had complications. Now since its gone, would you consider PMMA?

I’m personally done. I’m not exactly that young anymore, in my 40’s.
And I’m more concerned with my health these days.

I’m just grateful I was able to remove the silicone with no serious complications. And I’ve come to realize after talking to so many others that we all want something we don’t hav. I’ve talked with guys that are already 8” in length with a 7+ Girth and they still want something bigger. That said, I’m fine what I have. It gets the job done, I already have family and my wife never wanted me to do it in the first place. I personally wanted to. Not because I needed it, not because I was below average, i think perhaps I wanted more confidence? Idk.

As of now, I don’t have any intentions of doing anything else mainly because I’d be afraid of complications. There’s still a small amount of silicone oil left that could not be removed and I just hope it’s not enough to cause any kind of problems in the future. As far Necrosis goes.

I’ve also learned more about the anatomy of the penis and lymph system and at my age I wouldn’t feel comfortable injecting anything else.

These are just personal thoughts. I’m not putting PMMA down. I will however tell everyone to stay far away from anything with silicone oil in it! I think this entire forum will say that.

Loria Procedure Done Last Week 4 weeks 1 day ago #1308725324

I’m JUST finding this thread after having the Loria Procedure done by a Loria trained provider in Charlotte last week. Are they still using silicone oil?! I was told I was getting a blend of three substances PMMA (collagen, Lidocaine primarily).

I couldn’t find anything negative prior to the surgery, but now I’m hearing terrible things about Loria and his partner practices.

How prevalent are the negative outcomes? I’m less than two weeks in.

@jackmcnaughton It can take decades for it to become noticeable, but silicone oil degrades tissue, so there is always a negative outcome, in our experience. We have a few articles on the topic and a dedicated repair page that could be helpful for you:
