Just smashed the wife and she lost her mind. Absolutely loves it!!

Confirmed all the port holes were healed and no scabs. It looks even more aesthetic today. I cant see any unevenness or imperfections, though it does seem smaller. I'm keeping myself from measuring too often and fixating on it. I'll post a 1 week post procedure update with measurements and photos tomorrow.

The biggest problem I'm having right now is keeping this shit eating grin off my face every time I look down/in the mirror. Especially when i have a hardon. My mind is definitely blown.

Day 8 update

Things are going great so far. Lost some size but I expected that.

Pre-op:
MEG: 5.2”
BEG: 4.8”

Post-op:
MEG: 5.7”
BEG: 5.8”

Updated photos attached. I should mention my veins are still as prominent as they were prior and should not be misinterpreted as unevenness. They are just fine and are not hard or changed in any way.

How are things settling now? Hope you stayed around +.5” which is about right for 35 syringes. Can’t wait to get another 15-20 and end around 5.6”, but wife says I have to wait until after our anniversary next month. She doesn’t want me out of commission for it.

I overdid it after the pool parties on Saturday. I smashed the wife with whiskey Dick twice, and was like whoah this PMMA is awesome it keeps my Dick harder… Then I doubled down and smashed the wife again in the morning on Sunday, more vigorously I might add. Well apparently I overdid it because my unit swelled up and the skin felt raw. I took it easy for the remainder of the day Sunday and Monday morning the swelling was gone. However I developed a moderate discomfort pain. The pain got much better yesterday (Tuesday), but it’s not any better today vs yesterday. I’m just taking it super easy and assuming this will pass in a few days. From what I’ve read a few other guys had issues like this.

If I could go back in time. I would have waited much longer before engaging in rougher sex.

I haven’t measured since Saturday due to the issue I’m having, but everything still seems to be the same size and looks good.

I believe the “activities” expose the surface of the PMMA that had previously been encased by the fibroblasts. This re-triggers the immune response and produces some swelling. Seems pretty common until the final collagen forms and encapsulates the PMMA. Hard to wait though. Temptation.

Day 15 update (2 weeks post procedure day)

The rough sex that I had 5 days ago left me in some significant discomfort. It got better day over day, but holy moly did that have me nervous. Thankfully today I'm in next to no discomfort, but not totally healed from the event. I have been getting erections without pain, but I'll be waiting to masterbate or have sex for ATLEAST a few days more. Sex will be limited to extra soft and slow until I give this a week or two more to heal further.

My current measurement are:
MEG: 5.8" +0.6"
BEG: 5.8" +1.0"

Day 19 update:

Finally no longer in any type of discomfort after the rough sex incident. The last few days i had just extremely minor awareness is periodic discomfort I would rate like a 1/10 on the scale. Yesterday I did get a gentle blowie from the wife without issue. Per GPT I'm going to wait 48 hours after feeling no discomfort at all (that's of this morning) before having GENTLE sex again. We'll test things Thursday and report back.

Seems like my measurements bounce around slightly, likely due to EQ.

I'll post updated photos in a few days. So far everything is great. Evenness of the filler is 9.5/10 (amazing), no nodules or perceptible issues. The only thing is the 2/3 of my dong is slightly darker in skin color than the base, which isn't a concern and is only visible when I'm Erect. I imagine this might fade in time as well.

I also booked my second round with Dr. Rupeka late Nov for up to 45 syringes this time. Doc did say during round 1 my "pocket" between bucks and dartos was kind of tight/thick (not sure this is the correct way he put it) and that we should limit the first round to 35, but the second round we could do as much as I'd like as it will be more separated at that point. The wife and I would still like to get to 7" so we'll see how far this first and second round get us and go from there, but it looks like we'll have to do at least 3 rounds, with the third being still somewhat substantial.

The flacid hang is real. I made a side by side comparison before and after.

Pre op flacid length was between 2-3” depending on the time of day and situation. Flacid Girth was a consistent 4-4.2”.

Post op flacid length is pretty consistently 4”. Flacid Girth 5”.
