TOPIC: HA Girth Enhancement Long-Term: What Actually Holds Up at 6, 12, and 24+ Months?

There are plenty of threads about the first few weeks after HA—the swelling, the gains, the photos, the victory lap. I’d like this thread to focus on what happens after the confetti gets swept off the floor.

The goal is not just to gather information for me, but to create an ongoing discussion where guys can share long-term experiences, set realistic expectations, and give the community a better understanding of how good initial results actually evolve over time.

A little background on me:

I had 3 PhalloFILL sessions of 6 units each over roughly 10 weeks. I gained nearly 0.5" with a very solid aesthetic, although most of the meaningful gain came from the 1st session.

I also want to give Bill his flowers. He did an amazing job. His communication, attention, technique, and genuine care for me as a patient were outstanding. I could not have thought more highly of the experience.

Because my 2nd and 3rd Versa sessions produced limited additional gains, I later went to a local provider and received 10 units—approximately 12 mL—of RHA 4 in 1 session.

I was hoping for another 0.25", perhaps 0.5" if the gods were feeling generous. Instead, I was shocked to measure a full 1" increase at midshaft, taking me to approximately 6" in circumference. For reference, I measure approximately 6.75" bone-pressed in length.

The result feels very natural, and I am fairly confident the injector placed it in the correct plane. At the moment, I could not be happier.

My only complaint is that the added midshaft Girth has made a tight band just proximal to my Circumcision scar more noticeable, creating a slight hourglass shape. I would especially like to hear from other Circumcised guys who experienced this. Were you able to safely fill that area and soften the transition? Did the product hold there?

More broadly, I’d love to hear from guys who had strong initial results:

* What product and volume did you receive, and what were your initial gains?
* How did the result evolve at 6, 12, 24 months, and beyond?
* How much measurable size did you lose?
* Did the feel, firmness, movement, or appearance change?
* Did the product fade evenly, or did you experience gaps, nodules, migration, or other issues?
* What maintenance or touch-ups were required?
* Where are you today—still treating, maintaining a stable result, letting it fade, or finished with HA altogether?

Hopefully this can become a useful home for long-term updates and honest anecdotes—not just dramatic week-2 measurements.

Right now, I’m as happy as I could reasonably be. I’d just like to know whether I’ve built something durable or rented a very nice apartment.

I really hope someone responds. I would also like to know what it looks like when it gets reabsorbed

It could very well. I hope the new forum update (facelift) will make joining the discussions a bit easier and welcoming for those who are on the fence, every bit of info here helps pay it forward and is much appreciated.
