Fac... sets of 20 minutes each...meaning you put on your hanger attach the weights and wear it for 20 minutes(set) then take a 10 minute break to get blood flowing back into the penis. And do a 2nd set for another 20 minutes, 10 minute break and 3rd set for 20 minutes then another break....

At the moment I use the redi-stretcher as a hanger...but the person who made it/sold it to me is no longer around in thundersplace...I also have a bib hanger(do a google search u will find the site) haven\'t used the bib hanger yet.


For weights you can just get a few 1.25 lbs plates, a 5 lbs plate and some fishing weights(8 or 16oz) and you should be good for a while...

Vallens, If I were u Id try doing PE first, whether hanging , extending, or an ads device, just get busy with it, I have all 3 and the hanging seems to work best for me, the ADS doesent seem to put enough stress on it for me and the extender is a pita and hard to wear outside the home. So I just reserve a few hours at night, watch a movie or surf the net while hanging. the main thing is be consistent and gradually strive for more weight or tension. From what Ive read PE is unlike any other form of exercise in that it causes cell division as opposed to cellular growth . Many people think you need to take rest days like one on one off, but that may allow the penis to heal too much, you end up with a very strong penis but not necessarily a long one, you want to \"ride the fatigue\" keeping it constantly under stress but not so much that you injure yourself. Anyway this is all what i\"ve read at PE gym and mostly Bibs website.

The problem is it is in just an area or affects areas that make me sick to my stomach. I don\'t get queasy easily but I feel like I\'ve been punched in the gut. 20yrs teaching karate and I assure you that\'s a pretty accurate description. The Dr assured me tho that even with weights I was safe and so far he\'s been right. I am so glad I went scrotal so I\'m not pulling on 2 sets of scar tissue. I envy those that can and one is a good friend. He\'s doing well too and had surgery during a similar period. We are comparing notes but taking differing paths so it should be interesting. Someone asked me what wrap I used while hanging. Took me forever to find it again online. It bought just the Sleeves from the vac ads sites. $20 for 2 and you cut them in half so it was a one time purchase. A modified BIB hanger and those sleeves cut to size. They are also good to hold you stretched regardless of how to PE\'d post routine. PM me for a link as I don\'t wanna advertise anymore than I have on here by mentioning who\'s tools I\'ve utilized. I tend to always be working on upgrading my equipment and not just my penis. I ordered a 12\" section of 1 3/4\" and 2\" ID Acrylic tubing off eBay and some acrylic adhesive for less that $20 and went to work making my own vacuum device more tuned to my penis. After hanging I sometimes leave the sleeve on and vacuum it with more of a pull lengthwise than engorging it for girth. Not sure if its sound science but seems to heal or at least feel better with the extra blood flow. Have taken to adding a heating pad during PE too. Was never a believer in them but anything that reduces the discomfort is welcome at the levels I\'m doing. Here is a pic I worked up like my previous pic of a side by side of me before Any PE or surgery and currently. I went b&w because I think it\'s easier to see just the shape without distractions. I used a mold I had made to the base and premeasured it to make sure it had not expanded or contracted over time. Clone-a-willy kit 4+ yrs old and still dead on.I hope it is close to accurate as I had to resize the pics so I used the ruler markings to keep the pics at a 1:1 ratio. I welcome any feedback and suggestions as to how I might improve on Any of this even the pics. Thank you all over and over for your postings and guidance.

PMMAallTHEway I need to ask again: how did you gain that length? I understand girth from PMMA, but don\'t really get how you went from your mold to the picture with that length difference. Thanks

Oops, yes I was talking about Vac hanging ( with an LG Hanger ), I forgo about the compression hangers like the Bib. You are right about the clamping.

I have a mirror I look at myself in as I watch lesbian porn (my latest obsession), and I agree 7in looks aesthetically satisfying in the reflection, but it always looks small on camera. I guess because there is no frame of reference. I am about 6ft1 (like6ft0.5), so though it looks long, with longer and thicker legs, a 5inch girth looks like a pencil. I can imagine how guys who are like 6ft4 with 5in girth feel, as I\'ve seen them lament on here before.

As for the bib hanger, it has always been comfortable. The foreskin just slides over the glands when the weights are applied. It\'s almost protective in a sense and doesn\'t affect me at all. My foreskin is always retracted though, so maybe this helps....

you look big in your photo, man, and 7 non bone pressed is huge (it really is). I also have that basebal bat girth, pretty much same as you (5.3-.4 towards the top and about 5 or so at the base). my flaccid also has a high exit point ( i think). uncut aswell, (do you have troubles attaching you bib hanger? i have heard it is hard for uncut guys, you should also look into the LG Hanger if it is, otherwise might as well leave well enough alone).

Here\'s a pre-op erect photo, showing just under 7in NBPEL (it\'s like 6.95in measured with a tape measure from the base). If I were to jam a ruler into my fat pad like some of the guys on Thunder\'s, I can get it to nearly 7.5in, but I don\'t think that an honest measurement.

I thought I would be happy at 7in length, but I still look small in the photo (at least to me). I also have baseball bat girth, with 5.3in at the top and just under 5in at the bottom. As I\'ve stated, I am still conducting a daily hanging routine with the bib hanger to see what transpires, and I am going to call Dr Adams\' clinic on Monday to find out more about his protocol. So PMMA might now be a definitive thing, but is still on for now. Will let everyone know.

Shadow, I\'ve tried hangi g years ago, it just hurts too much.......I rather stretch using an extender for 3 to 4 hours at a time, then take a break for an hour & go at it for another 4 hours.......I always felt the burning sensation on my ligaments from my stretcher.

Do you prefer an extender or hanging with weights?


Are you using a bib like device? You can\'t hang a substantial amount of weight without something similar in design, that uses clamping force rather than vacuum pressure.

Congrats Shadow, IMO, 7 inches in.length is a great length size........definitely easier to gain the girth now a days with PMMA........

Good to see you saying non bone pressed & not bone pressed.......I never understood why guys measure bone pressed, it boggles my mind.

I will be heading down to Tijuana the end of March for round 1. I\'ve made significant progress length wise (much sooner than I was expecting) with recent use of the bib hanger at heavy weights. and have finally made it to 7in NBPEL, which was the greatest barrier in preventing me from taking the plunge. Now that I\'m finally content on length, I am looking forward to an easy increase in girth. It\'ll be a dream come true. At 6ft1 tall and 165lbs I look like a pencil dick right now with 4in flaccid girth and a 6inch flaccid length, so the bulge I get with PMMA will be worth more than a million dollars I think, lol.

I\'ve been jelqing since 19 (just turned 25 now) and maybe made 0.5in in increased length with it. I bought the bib hanger years back but seldom used it. I think it is a god send for length and a very underrated device. I never used it because of the time limitation, but I\'ve been doing two sets of 15 min at 15 lbs in the morning and two at night for 2 months now and I\'ve nearly got an inch out of my ligs. I\'ve also been wearing the Vacextender ads throughout the day, but I think the hanger is primarily responsible for the gains. The ADS does keep me from turtling and hides nicely under clothes.

You can honestly say you put 100% into EVERY WORKOUT, EVERYDAY, for the stretch of time and you got zilch out of it? People who see less than half of an inch gain in over a period of a year are either doing something wrong or lying about the consistantcy they put in to it. Just my opinion.

I also believe your being kinda lazy with all these devices. (WASTE OF FUCKING MONEY DUDE) you was BORN with your lengthening device and its FREE!!! YOUR HANDS!! stop with all the the gadgets and pull that bitch out the socket with your hands. (SAFELY). TOO much laziness going on in the PE world stop looking for short cuts all the time use the basics and stay consistent. How can I talk? I\'ve Gained and lost length multiple times so I know when I see BS. GOOGLE JP90 start with that THEN move on to more intense exercises. STILL with your hands. THEN you move in to fancy gadgets. You jumping around too much. Stick with straight manual and go from there. good luck.



I used the Jez Extender back in 2006, 3 times a week for 5 hours a night.......use one day & rest the next day was my plan.........within 4 months, I saw 1/2 inch length......I wish I would have stuck with it but work had me way too busy & in 2009, I got the Elist implant & we all know about that clown........

I think every guys body is different & it reacts differently with these exercises. IMO, & I\'ve also read this somewhere, if you want gains with a good stretching device, (no smoking, eat healthy, no masturbating or sex), by the way, I didn\'t masturbate or have sex in those 4 months I gained 1/2 an inch with the extender.

There are certain things that really help with getting erect gains & certain things you should not do like masturbate while stretching.

I got my first real blister and like a dummy i pinched it and tore it off, I dont know why I did that, it was just a small one but talk about pain, that little blister on the very tip (meatus) is very sensitive, So no vac hanging for a week, Ive been using the bib hanger at night. I measure in about a week and hoping to hit 7\" bpel
