Hi all,

I underwent Lig Cut & Fat transfer surgery in London 18 months ago (may not have done if I found these forums before). I was around 3inch Flaccid pre-op & I made around 1.5inch gains in length & Girth. I have been pretty satisfied with the results, however; reading some of these forum has made me a little sceptical about potential future problems.
You can feel the fat around the bottom of the shaft when Flaccid, it is a little lumpy, but not as bad as some people have reported.

I did not use any sort of extender post-op and only stretching, I am looking at the possibility of using an extender now. Is the Phalloson worth the money? How comfortable? Can you sleep in this? How long before results show?

If not I can order a standard extender on-line for around £30 - is the phalloson worth it?

Thank you.

I don' think you really have anything to worry about with future problems. The advent of fillers means that the long term issues guys used to run into with fat transfers aren't really a big deal as any the problems, such as uneven re-absorption of fat or lumps etc, can be disguised with relatively small amount of filler.

I can't comment on the quality of Phallosan, but you should still be able to make gains.

Who performed your surgery?

It was performed by Moorgate in London, yes, I watched the BBC documentary & believed this was the most reputable company in the UK.

That is good to hear regarding the fat transfer, as I say, it isn't too lumpy especially on Erection. In the the Flaccid state, it is slightly but not too unusual.
My concern was the fact a buffer was inserted, I read on this forum that could prove a problem in the long run?

The phallosan is pretty expensive at £300 - require some feedback on whether this is worth the punt. If anything else is better out there? Especially for Erect state?

Don't spend 300 on a stretcher. You can find much cheaper one's that do the same thing on ebay, or take a look as autoextender.com.

Moorgate seem dodgy as hell to me. Some of the videos on their website are hard to believe they aren't parody.
