Got Voluma done recently, and got a .5 in Girth gain! Enjoying it however it does feel a bit squishy and not as firm as my regular penis. If I press down into it I can feel the hardness below basically. Not terrible but still not great ya know. Was wondering if girls would care more about that increased Girth or lack of hardness. Would the pleasure work out? Having sex in just a day or so and I'm p nervous about how it'll feel for her. Also curious if girls would notice little lumps and bumps.

HELLO !

I have exactly the same problem.

My filler is Pmma. Before the session you should get a circumcision so the filler stays more im his place! Because of that reason - best would be a tight (!) circumcision.
I only got a loose one .....

But I now have great a Idea to get my filler to stay more in his place what ends in more hard feeling in general for sure. If you you want to know this : Ask me :) !

Your filler feels squishy? Doesn’t stay in his place + shift around? Are you Circumcised?

I'm very interested in learning about your guys' experience. Are you guys saying that it depends on the filler that gives you different firmness results??

After treating 100's of guys, I am happy that Girth wins. Very few guys have had any comments about it not feeling as hard (as is squishing from the side, not hard as related to penetration). But we changed from Voluma, which I used for a few years and then stopped about 2 years ago.

I think some guys will notice a slight difference between brands/ different versions. Collagen stimulators like Ellanse/PMMA tend to feel firmer.

I got the Circumcision earlier this year with the hopes to get the filler afterwards but then covid hit. So I instead have been focusing on Jelqing and pumping. I got a Circumcision and I didn’t specify I wanted a “tight” cut. When Erect it’s fine, meaning there’s no problem. But when I’m Flaccid the skin hangs slightly over my shaft, kind of like I’m still uncircumcised. I read elsewhere that the filler cannot go into the newly exposed part of the shaft- is that right?

It's easy to forget that our natural (non-enhanced) erections aren't ever as hard as an actual rock; if you consider the diversity of penis shape & size in conjunction with the variation men experience with Erection quality, some "give" to the skin isn't remarkable.

I think we're our own worst critics, and I believe we notice even the slightest changes because we did, after all, get work done on our penis. I have heard many men describe their HA, PMMA, etc, as "rubbery" or "squishy", but seldom would these same men report that a partner complained of the same matter. Food for thought.

Also, there are ways to improve Erection quality (assuming you aren't already at 100%), be it naturally or through ED medication.

Thank you Dr. Oates and Skeptical One. It sounds like Ellanse may be the better option for PMMA fillers. I can say that although I have not gained much length over time in my pumping/Jelqing/stretching exercises, I always get rock hard erections. My Cock is usually 100% hard and all veiny. And I have gained about a .5 Inch gain in Girth from these exercises since I started routinely doing them about a year and a half ago. I was/am worried that my Cock would lose it's veiny rock hardness if I get the fillers. Do guys on here have thick veiny before-and-after pics of their PMMA filled cocks?

Good Topic. Answer:

hard/normal/squishy

And then the circumstances:

- How many cc‘s
- relation 10% & 30%
- Circumcision style
- What kind of pre-operations Maybe FFT?
-Age (collagen)
-Smoking, drinking, drugs (collagen)
- Sport (collagen)

A couple things:
Anyone can get a pretty solid assessment of these correlations by spending some of their free time reviewing reading progress reports (on this site and on the older one - PhalloBoards.websitetoolbox.com). I'm not saying anyone hasn't, but for those unsure about "hardness" or "firmness," many of the details are very much present on the forums. If I were to give you my personal assessment from having read every post ever made, the "firmness complaint" issue isn't a major or common one (irrespective of filler); nodules and aesthetic irregularities pop up more frequently.

Secondly, regardless of what we end up reading, or how we assess the correlation(s), the "lack of hardness" is very subjective, and also dependent on a man's EQ (Erection quality), which can also suffer from variation. This makes conclusiveness tricky.

Hi Double,
We see a range of circumcisions some tighter some looser. Tighter is better (not too tight). But augmentation can still be done. I am not sure what you mean the newly exposed shaft. If you mean past the circumstances scar then it is sometimes technically more difficult to get it there but not that it cannot be done at all.
