Hello, I’d just like to post this link.
Someone has compiled a list of all studies ever conducted on…
-Phalloplasty
-Tissue Engineering
-Erectile dysfunction & more
All you have to do is click on “cross ref” and it will re-direct you to the study.

Yep - it is the references for an article on penile reconstruction in the Organ Tissue Engineering journal. Now all my spare time in lock down will be spent chasing articles.

For all the guys complaining there is no research going on here is your answer. But it is never a quick process for that to get to doctors in practice. I had no idea that so much of this was going on with stem cells. Dr Dr Dahn who does Calibre in Melbourne Australia is working with a group in this field and will discuss further with him.

Thanks for the reply doctor Oates, I think I’m partially responsible for you being here, it was me who contacted you many year ago looking for a solution to my MegaFill problem (I used to go by the username Reklaw)
I had it surgically removed in 2019 and ever since then I’ve had erectile dysfunction. I don’t think it was the excisions of the lumps that caused me ED, it was more that he removed my remaining Foreskin and Frenulum in the process of doing so.
I really don’t see the point of going to see a Urologist because they’d most likely tell me that I don’t have venous leakage or nerve damage and therefore can’t do anything about it.
My ED is due to the fact that I have don’t have any sensation left after he removed my Foreskin.
I’ve tried shockwave, it improved things slightly but the mild gains subsided post treatment.
I plan on continuing Foreskin restoration until I’ve got full glans coverage, I think the re-sensation of the glans might help.
Also, I’m planning on going to Ukraine for stem cell therapy some time next year, I’m thinking it might have similar effects as the Shockwave except it might last a bit longer.
Given that Circumcision can cause people ED, I’m really surprised it’s actually legal.

I'm terribly sorry about your ongoing complications, and I'm glad to see you're back around Reklaw a.k.a. Bayside. I hope the resources on this site may point you in the right direction for resolution with your situation, and I'm sincerely wishing you the best of luck!

Hey Bayside,

Yes some interesting work going on with stem cells either injecting or stimulating those that are there. That may partly explain some of the results from LISWT. Also PRP/P-shot is anecdotally useful for sensation and finally has a published report on helping ED. Some of the reports have combined with daily 5mg Cialis/Tadalafil which increases blood flow to the penis.
Even with decreased sensation you should still be able to get an Erection. The decreased sensation can prolong time to orgasm - which to some guys is a benefit.
