TOPIC: My Story After Two Implant Surgeries

I am new here and I would like to share a little of my story. The reason I joined this board is I am looking for a third procedure to bring me back to the size I was after my first procedure and hopefully gain more length.
1st Surgery - I had my first surgery done by Proud Urology. I had their 5S procedure. The 5S is both Lengthening and Girth enhancement. Surgery went great no complications. They used a 6cm x 8cm implant. Three months Post OP, I was extremely happy with my results (and so was my wife). Unfortunately they use Mega Fill also in this procedure. After about nine months the Mega Fill was absorbed by my body. This left the implant noticeable and the edges were tall ridges. Other than the Mega Fill being totally absorbed I was happy with my results.
2nd Surgery - So I decided to seek another surgery hoping someone could put a larger but thinner implant over the old one to smooth out the ridge. The internet is filled with so much information, a great deal of it false, so it was hard to decide where to go. I was lucky to find a doctor on the east coast Dr. “S” that did Alloderm implants. I went for a consult and he informed me that he had to take the previous implant out because he puts his implant in a different layer. Surgery went great no complications. Dr. “S” uses a bigger implant and wraps around she shaft more than Proud Urology does. So the new implant went way more towards the back of the shaft than the first one. This resulted in my Girth being larger towards the back than the front. I am sort of triangle shape now. I am almost completely healed, a few more months until my implant totally is incorporated in and completely softens. The thick implant can take up to a year to soften up, Dr. “S” informed me of this before surgery. Dr. “S” is definitely a little rough with his bedside manners. He did contradict himself a few times. I don’t mind someone that is rough around the edges, so it is no big deal to me. Unfortunately he has become a vaccine pusher and will not see anyone that won’t get the Covid vaccine. I will not get the vaccine and that is non-negotiable. One thing I did not appreciate was him trying push it on me.
Results. Both places did a good job and I had no real complications. I am not as big as I was after the first surgery towards the front of my shaft and I am bigger that my first surgery towards the base. I am also at least a half Inch shorter (Erect) after my second surgery. Dr. “S” suggested I tried using an AutoXsleeve weight to try and get length back. I tried it, but the silicone sleeve compresses me too much and results in “crimping down” the implant and makes my Erect Girth towards the front a lot less. I have since order a LG Hanger and LG Hanger ADS, I will be trying them.
Moving Forward. I wanted to get another implant over my existing implant. I was hoping it could be tapered so the front was bigger than the back. I am trying to gain more Girth in the front of my shaft but not add any to the back as Erect at the base I am 7.25”. I am also hoping somehow to gain more length. I am considering PMMA injections because I am hoping they can just do the front part of the shaft. So I am hoping I gain the knowledge I need before my next procedure.

You're upset a Medical Professional advised you get a demonstrably successful vaccine amidst a worldwide pandemic, but you were okay with traveling half-way acorss the planet to get Mega-Fill injections that have virtually no medical oversight or regulation on par with Western Medicine, into your Dick for purposes of vanity? Don't bother explaining, there is no way you can convince me you have your priorities remotely figured out.

And yes, I'm going to solicit my opinion in this regard because this isn't just a Male Enhancement site, but an overall men's health site. If you choose not to get the vaccine (as irresponsible and perplexing as it may be), then for the love of all that's holy, what are you doing getting things pricked into your penis in what is arguably the most experimental field in all of cosmetic medicine?

My (strong) recommendation is to get your shot and join the rest of a responsible & evolved society. Since some boneheads have the unfortunate habit of politicizing a pandemic (a tragedy in it of itself), I ask we no longer discuss this tibit (you can always PM me if you wish to carry on this convo), and that we stick to the original topic of advice regarding obtaining more size, through implant, PMMA, etc.

In my opinon, if you're 7.25" at the base, your freakishly thick and should probably retire from Phalloplasty altogether. At most, you could look into getting some "tapering" done if the discrepency between base and front-shaft is noticeable, and this can be done with fillers. Good luck.
