First off I got to say Dr.Morales did great job with my PMMA filler, looks really normal when stretched. Compared to pre PMMA my penis is now half retracted, but still retracts.

Is their any methods to prevent retraction? Currently I’m Hanging the light weights for majority of the day (I take breaks if feeling sore) , taking at least 1 day off a week.
I’m not sure if I’m going about the right way

But if theirs procedure that be good, I’m debating to do length procedure with dr Carney since I’m not seeing definite answer on errect length gains only flacid .

I have the same issues as you with retraction. Its definitely in the back of my mind given that I am planning a Bellafill procedure in the very near future. How did you handle the retraction post procedure? Were you nervous about the product clumping up? How did you handle your aftercare?

wear a stretching as often as possible. in addition, the more filler you have, the less retraction you have ( for most people )

Isn’t it recommended to do a length procedure first before Girth??

@Texas remind me again what stretching device you settled on and that you use the most?

I rotate between a noose , a vac stretcher, and wearable weights . As well as - always wear sleeves when not stretched .

I thought retraction was only likely after Ligamentolysis if nothing was done to prevent the ligament from reattaching, especially if no stretching is done? It does seem however that if techniques are used to prevent the ligament from reattaching, then even without stretching it will not reattach.

Now this thing with fillers and retraction is something that I would like to understand better?First, why would there be retraction? Second, if there is retraction, surely it must be temporary? What anatomical changes would there be to cause permanent retraction? And if there is chance of retraction, I would think that the extra weight from the filler would prevent it? Please enlighten me.

In simplest terms some people are Hanging Flaccid and some people are growers. In my case I’m a Grower, so Flaccid will seem small. The fillers help lightly stretch the Flaccid to “hang” to make it more even, but the penis will try to retract to its original non stretch Flaccid which will mush the filler making it big blob (not sure right word). But errect ofcourse everything looks normal.

I'm approx two weeks post PMMA procedure. Stretching/Hanging becomes impractical at work sometimes and I'd like an alternative. Which sleeves do you use?

I bought a boatload of urowrap on amazon; I'm currently doing "practice aftercare" as silly as that sounds,to see what seems like will work and what wont. This stuff only works if i put on a few layers (3-4). But id imagine better than nothing?
EDIT: I use it after pumping sessions to prevent circ scar edema, and to stay extended without getting all lumpy. Had fun with it this past weekend, that much more excited to get PMMA now.

The talk around fillers and retraction is mainly around people who have a strong retraction reflex having to work harder to get a good aesthetic result after filler, having to forcibly stay extended, etc. The only effect filler is going to have on retraction is, once enough weight is added, the weight will overpower the retraction reflex - how much is required is different for everyone. That's all it is. Those of us who are hardcore turtlers looking for ways to avoid it both for the post procedure aesthetics AND for longer term, since, if you have significant filler and you retract, you get the pig in a blanket thing going on.

I found the stealth sleeve which looks like it would be convenient. I need to check with Avanti though. I don't know whether or not I should be wearing anything that compresses this soon.

ive played with the stealth in the past, for me it's a struggle because i have a traffic cone dick - my glans is small compared to the rest of me, and my circ scar girth is a good 5/8" smaller than mid shaft.
For me the issue with that is knowing your exact sizing, and how it's going to fluctuate as swelling increases/decreases. So you either go way small and potentially compress too much, or, go big but end up slipping out because not enough hold.
(I actually asked about this in the Aftercare thread but it was one of the last posts on the page so I dont think anyone saw it).
THe urowrap i like because i can control how much compression based on how many layers i put on. One layer wont even keep me extended properly, two will up to a point, three and im aces no matter how hard my body wants to turtle. It's that kind of granular control i dont think you get with a silicone/TPE sleeve or the stealth
EDIT: I also like the idea of it being disposable. I feel like having to hand wash seepage out of the stealth would be annoying. Maybe when the entry points are all fully closed? But I see no point buying two things if one will do.

My plan unless someone tells me it's dumb, is to use the noose weight when awake and not massaging, and wrap when asleep. I think @texas was working on his own PoC for something like this and can chime in with what works and doesn't. Either way, that's all within the narrow context of post-procedural retraction avoidance for the sake of having the filler set in an elongated state (preemptive botox is useful here too - i asked avanti about that in another thread and they suggested 1-2 weeks in advance is a good idea if you can find a reputable practitioner)

Thanks for ideas. I'm going over options with Avanti. I'm also pursuing a prescription for Flow max with my Urologist. I ran out of what Avanti prescribed and it's definitely more difficult to keep things symmetrical since I've been retracting.

Daily 5mg Cialis helped with my retraction / Flaccid hang. I get it from Amazon Pharmacy for really cheap.

I've been curious to know if a Cock ring could be effective for mega growers/retractors, haven't used one since my base Girth doesn't yield many options. I mean maybe not all day but perhaps prior to a potential hook up or rendezvous(?).
