I'm considering getting HA filler, but I have some questions. For reference, my current stats are 7" long, a bit over 5" in Girth for most of my shaft, but I'm kind of cone-shaped, getting thicker as you go down, and at the base I'm about 5.5" around.

I really want a uniform thickness, 5.5" around for the entire shaft would be enough, though I wouldn't mind more.

But filler is expensive and HA is only temporary. I know I'll have to top off every so often, and hopefully my career growth will permit that. But I'm 27 and I go to the gym three or four times a week. I also like to use hot tubs and saunas. I've heard regular exercise makes the HA absorb more quickly; is there truth to this? Do hot environments like hot tubs and saunas speed it up? At my length I'll have to spend probably 5k+ to get the results I want, and it would be crushing to see them go away in the span of a year.

Also, where I live in the US, each ML is like 500-600 dollars. Are there clinics that charge less per ML? With enough of a price difference it might make sense to fly somewhere else to get it done. But the convenience of being right next to the clinic is a plus, I'm sure.

I can chime in here because I’ve had lots of HA filler.

First - exercise etc isn’t going to impact absorption. I’m work out constantly, do saunas, hot tubs etc and I’ve lost very little of mine since March of 2021.

Next - you will absolutely spend more than $5,000 to see a meaningful difference. We’re about the same length and you can count on 2 sessions for optimal results , most likely with 20 ml’s total. I would budget closer to $12k if I’m being honest .

Next - you do not want to use a budget filler and must use a reputable injector / physician (I recommend dr Carney or one of the other sponsors here). I have had juvederm voluma and it’s not perfect but I like it .

Last - you could also consider going to TJ for Ellanse for longer term results, but you’re a young guy. Maybe best to test out how you like the filler with HA then go from there. Just my $.02

Thanks for that insight @Dickwhitman79 , especially regarding the exercise; I also figured there would be no impact but it's good to hear firsthand.

To add my .02cents
Honestly, for your starting size and end goals, Hyaluronic Acid injections (HA) are ideal. If you are looking to accommodate your base girth of 5.5" uniformly all through your shaft, you aren't going to require tons of filler product. This means you're future top-offs aren't going to be nearly as frequent or as voluminous (and thus pricier) as you might think.

Furthermore, at your age, I'm more inclined to lean toward temporary options. This gives you ample time to assess whether (1) you even like the enhancement; (2) if you are content with HA and will stick with it long-term, or (3) decide to consider more permanent options at a later time in life.

As for prices per mL, personally I would shop for good value, but don't cut corners. There are plenty of clinics popping up everywhere that offer the service because they can, since many of these fillers are available to clinics off-label, nationwide. To be frank, the vast majority of emails I get where the pictures show terrible results are often by a Doctor I've never heard of. You have to remember that you're actually increasing your penis size overnight, something most men dream of. These are elective cosmetic procedures, and so you want to go with an experienced and reputable Clinic to ensure getting the best results. These are the same clinics advancing the field of male enhancement around the world, vetted and/or well reviewed.

While many Sponsors here offer HA as an option, three in particular specialize in its use in the U.S. for male enhancement:
PhalloFILL (Dallas)
Shafer Clinic (NYC)
Upsize Clinic (San Francisco)

Do people who get HA or the permanent route ever actually regret their decision?

So I'd have to get around 20 ML to achieve my goals of ~5.75 or so for my entire shaft.

How often would I have to top up, and how many MLs would I need per year? Does anyone have any idea of this?

This really is case-by-case. The rate at which your body breaks down or dissipates filler seems to vary person-to-person, and I'm sure many factors are involved. This is why filler manufacturers provide suggested projections, but none of it is set in stone. I'd wager 12-18 months of strong Girth before you are likely to require a top-off but I've heard of men lasting longer.

The advantage of HA is its safety profile and that it can be somewhat reversed and/or treatable if you weren't happy with the results. That's the trade off in my opinion with going with temporary fillers, having that peace of mind.

HA can be dissolved by an enzyme called hyaluronidase, so even if the result is bad, it can easily be dissolved. Of course if someone had bad results they might regret having spent the money, but any complications can easily be resolved. With more permanent options, in case there are complications, of course it will be much more regretful. That is not to say that it cannot be resolved, but it will be much harder to resolve it

Yeah I understand the benefits of temporary filler and tbh none of the other alternatives seem all that safe to me. But how much is a top off? Are we talking 5k / year worth of filler?

When I first contemplated inches on my Girth, it was a priceless endeavor. Buying a top tier sports car wouldn't compare. Here we are asking the most ridiculous of questions. If you want a big Dick, don't be cheap.
