I had 2 rounds of HA injection about three months ago. I wanted several weeks before masturbation and longer to do anything else. After about a month I pumped and no big deal (standard inflation). I pumped a second time and saw some blood leak from two holes on either side of my penis. I stopped pumping, obvi, but those same two holes leak occasionally now. I have a Urologist appt scheduled and reached out to dr.

No pain but mild irritation when there is blood. Just curious if anyone here has had a similar issue.

Entry points should have healed after the first week -- out of curiosity, did they appear healed or were they always partially closed? In other words, has this issue persisted since the procedure or did it all of a sudden re-open (somehow)?

Reopened somehow I think but maybe I just didn’t notice? Would you think abt this differently for each scenario?

I would just follow through with your appointment + your performing physician on advice, and keep the entry points clean/sterile.

Have you attempted to bandage them to see if they will actually heal properly? If it's not swelling, red, painful, or discharging anything other than blood, I wouldn't be alarmed but I'd certainly have it resolved sooner than later.

It sounds very scary, but kudos for you for keeping calm. I know that I would be one of those people who panic. If I were you, I would contact the doctor as soon as possible.

After I had my procedure, which included dermal fat graft, I had three big incisions. Two of them had pus coming for 3 weeks. Fortunately I saw the surgeon two times a week for 4 weeks, otherwise I would surely have been so scared.

The pus was clear liquid, so it was not the bad kind that indicated an infection. On my last follow-up visit on the fourth week post-op the pus had stopped coming from the third incision site.

Now 4 months later the scars are almost not visible, but I still feel some discomfort when underwear is rubbing against the scars. One of the scars has a place where there is a tiny bulge. I am not sure if it is a keloid scar. It seems too small, and it might just be the way the wound has healed.

Ironically, the incision that took the longest to heal is the one least visible now. It is not even possible to tell that there was any incision there. It does not feel irritated either when it rubs against underwear.

Next month I will see the surgeon again. It is not related to the surgery, but I am traveling there anyhow, so I will visit him. He will take a look how things have healed. I will ask about preputioplasty because the Foreskin is still tight, but I think it is way too mild that a procedure would be recommended.
