I want to make sure everyone understands why I believe g prime doesn’t matter in CERTAIN applications of
Girth enhancement. I specifically talk about
PhalloFILL. We inject behind
Dartos fascia. Therefore the pressure from the filler is pressed against the fascia and maintains the same firm
Erection that is made from blood which is very thin. Blood makes a rock solid
Erection. Because of where it is and the pressure on the outer fascia. That’s how
PhalloFILL is injected.
Now on the contrary…. If the
Dermal Filler is injected outside the
Dartos fascia, superficial, below the skin…. The thickness of the filler could very likely make a difference. But we don’t inject it that way at
PhalloFILL.
If your provider uses a cannula or gives a bi mix injection prior to injection to induce an
Erection, it’s very likely your
Dermal Filler is OUTSIDE the fascia, just below the skin. This would lend to a spongy
Erection.
Don’t get the two locations of injection confused when talking about firmness of an
Erection after
Dermal Filler.
