Things are mostly even now. The left side is basically perfect/even/firm but the right side is uneven and has some laxity as a specific point where I dissolved a big amount a filler due to my horrible rounds. It feels shitty typing that as it's been two years, and it has gotten better, but like other threads here have shown you need to be careful when dissolving/applying filler. Will post some pics later as I just switched phones as don't have them here, been meaning to anyways. My big recommendation is to start small, and to go to someone you know you can trust to fix it AKA a well qualified urologist who works in a medical hospital, has peer reviewed publications, etc. I don't think I'll be moving forward with PMMA anytime soon as there as just too many horror reports on the old forum. The goal is to finally fix the right side this year or dissolve it all I guess, not sure.

I know @Phallofill has said g-prime doesn't matter, but I think it might a little bit. Anecdotal reports are basially HA is least firm, Ellanse/CA/PMMA more firm. I will say there are parts of my penis that are as "firm" as a natural erection, though they don't have that stringy meat like structure natural erections do. Restalyne Shaype (an HA filler with g-prime of 1000) might interest me, but I'd need to switch doctors and go to Canada for that. If I did I would probably stay in the Phallofill network and go with Dr. Kevin Zorn as he seems very well qualified and has good patient reviews. With that said, you'd have to shoot me for me to change doctors as Dr. Cordon has gotten me out two horribly done filler jobs.

Also man, dont you think PMMA is much better now if done with the right doctors? Correct me if im wrong but i think most botched surgeries in the past were done by inexperienced doctors hence horror stories about PMMA. Would you recommend a young guy like me to stay out of this all?

Just wanted to say I'm so sorry you've been going through all that and that for what it's worth, Dr, Carney does all those things. I don't know if you've consulted with him already, but if not I think it could be worth it for you in your case. I want to make sure everyone understands why I believe g prime doesn’t matter in CERTAIN applications of Girth enhancement. I specifically talk about PhalloFILL. We inject behind Dartos fascia. Therefore the pressure from the filler is pressed against the fascia and maintains the same firm Erection that is made from blood which is very thin. Blood makes a rock solid Erection. Because of where it is and the pressure on the outer fascia. That’s how PhalloFILL is injected.

Now on the contrary…. If the Dermal Filler is injected outside the Dartos fascia, superficial, below the skin…. The thickness of the filler could very likely make a difference. But we don’t inject it that way at PhalloFILL.

If your provider uses a cannula or gives a bi mix injection prior to injection to induce an Erection, it’s very likely your Dermal Filler is OUTSIDE the fascia, just below the skin. This would lend to a spongy Erection.

Don’t get the two locations of injection confused when talking about firmness of an Erection after Dermal Filler.

@Rejuvall I'm good, like I said Dr. Cordon has been a saint and bailed me out of having 12cc injected badly, then 15cc inject superficially. No one is supposed to have 27cc of botched filler injected into their dicks.

@Phallofill While I understand your explanation and the mechanics behind this, I think it's worth giving some credence to all the anecdotal reports. I still wonder if a "firmer" filler would be felt as so in the penile tissue when injected into the correct plane. What are the downsides of injecting a firmer filler? Revanessa Versa has a g-prime of 300 if I remember correctly.
