It's a tricky procedure. I had it done and regret it because I was left with internal scar tissue and skin adhesions. Basically when the fat is cut out, its difficult not to remove some of the fascia and therefore there is no barrier between scar tissue and the shaft skin, so they kind of fuse together. Before you consider surgery, I'd look into fat dissolving injections, like Kybella etc. If that isn't seen as a viable option (if no Dr will try it), then, depending on the amount of fat you have, it's worth considering having an alternative filler, such as PMMA, Ellanse or even HA, to smooth out any issues you have with contour and add additional firmness. I'm assuming you don't like the look and feel of the fat.

The final option is surgical Removal, but don't have it all removed. Make sure the surgeon leaves a thin layer behind, so that he doesn't remove Dartos fascia. It's when the surgeon tries to cut all the fat out that most of the problems occur, as it's difficult not to remove fascia as the fat is stuck to it. I don't really follow the PE scene anymore so am out of the loop, but in the London David Ralp and Suks Minhas used to be the go to surgeons for surgical reconstruction. There is a guy, based in Birmingham, call Paul Anderson also. The other option is Miro Djordevic in Belgrade. He's arguably the best option as he's very experienced with Removal and is much cheaper.

Ideally you should post some photos and describe what it is you don't like and why you want it removed. Then I can advise you better on what to do. But surgery really should be a last resort. Fat just isn't a good option imo and the result can be so dissapointing that it scares guys away from all types on enhancement. But other fillers really can give you the size, feel and appearance you'd be happy with.

Sorry for the very late response.

Over the last 10 months, I have had seven steroid (cortisone) injections spaced out during this time. A lot of the lumps and fat/size have reduced, but some still remain. It’s difficult to say how much but definitely over 60 percent is gone.

I should mention that I had two fillings, not just one, during 2023. At that time, my penis was as large as it could possibly be (also quite firm until I tried to treat a lump, after which it became softer).

I first noticed a problem with a lump on the right side because the fat had been unevenly placed (most likely because my penis bends to the left). After a while, I realized I did not like how unnatural it felt and couldn’t live with having an enlarged penis. I just wanted to return to how it was before, if possible, and have everything removed. In hindsight, I probably should have only done the ligament cut, which I’m happy with, have no regrets about, and gained 3 cm in Erect length.

I then found a new doctor who started treating me with steroid injections, as the previous doctor only wanted to do surgical Removal. Unfortunately, I wasn’t clear with the new doctor due to a language barrier (my fault). That I didn’t mind if things became uneven during the process, as I preferred larger injections for maximum effect in removing the fat. So, the first five injections were smaller, while the two most recent ones have been larger and have had a much greater effect after I clarified my preference.

Overall, I’m optimistic because the left side has improved a lot, as has the middle area, except for a small lump. However, the right side still has more fat and a separate, firm, string-like lump that is mobile. It doesn’t seem to go away, even after trying to inject it once—probably because it’s too small and stubborn. I have a feeling I may need to deal with it in a different way if there’s no further improvement, but I’m not sure how. I will discuss this with my doctor at my next appointment.

I’m curious if anyone knows how long it usually takes to remove FFT with steroids, and if others here have gone through this before of removing it with steroids or other types of injections?

What kind of end result should I realistically expect, and what percentage of the fat can typically be removed with steroids?

Will an Erection still feel soft or unnatural after completing more injections until it's not possible to do any more?

Thanks in advance
