For uncircumcised guys who have had PMMA, does your filler move with your skin or stick to the shaft? Theoretically, if injected into the correct plane between bucks and dartos (as is the target for alot of providers here), its possible the filler adheres to the bottom of the dartos layer and thus moves with the skin rather than just enhacing the shaft Girth by staying on the immobile bucks. Im curious what people's real world experiences are with the product. Probably not as noticeable with Circumcised guys but curious with the uncut guys.

I would say that some of the filler (or the tissue that surrounded it) can move under the shaft, and some portions of it are stuck to it. So basically, when Flaccid, at some places I can pinch my skin without the filler (while the filler can move under it), but at other places along the shaft if I try to pinch my skin it's much more thicker. Nothing is perfect, and so is that filler.

Bare in mind though that this heterogeneity is much less noticeable when in Erect state because all the skin is tight and stretched.

I hope it answers your question.

Interesting, thanks for the response! If we assume its in the correct layer then that means in some areas filler is adhered to the top of bucks fascia and at others its adhered to the bottom of dartos. Are you cut or uncut?

I'm cut. Also, I must add that my partner doesn't notice anything weird or unusual when in Erect state. When I had my procedure done, she just said that it felt bigger in her hand but that it felt natural to her.

So yeah, the implant moves and adheres to the skin at some places, but it's no big deal. My main concern is that there is a lump that is slightly easier to detect on the right side, especially when Flaccid. That is much more noticeable than the way the implant moves, in my opinion.

I had two rounds of PMMA 10 years ago. No one has ever questioned it. Erect it feels like a normal penis. Flaccid, it feels and looks normal. I can only feel a thick layer that moves with my skin if I really try to find it.
