Hi,
M33 here (new member). Circumsised when I was young. About 13cm
Erect currently. Landed on this forum after seeing a
Urologist last week for two issues I'm having.
1: penis turtles when
Flaccid. This started in my teens but happens more and more often. Even when sitting down for dinner or at my desk (besides the obvious moments when working out etc).
2. My
Erection angle is straight upwards and leaves very little freedom of movement down. Having intercourse drunk with let's say a 90%
Erection is more pleasurable then full
Erect since everything is just less tight and leaves a bit more skin to be moved around.
Even the angle
Flaccid is often straight forward, not even down.
My
Urologist proposed trying botox injections within the groin muscle region first (mostly for the
Turtling).
My question on here though is this: anyone else experience with just a very tight overall situation? I'm not sure if it's just the ligament or also related to a lack of skin?
I've been reading up on the
Ligamentolysis procedure a lot and I'm well aware that it's a dividing procedure with varying outcomes and a lot of risks. However a lower
Erection angle and possibly more freedom of movement, plus a more outward
Flaccid penis would be a dream tbh.
ps: I'm also aware that pelvis tension has to do with this (especially the
Turtling). However I'm unfortunately dealing with Crohn's disease and had a peri-anal fistula that resulted in slight permanent incontinence. So pelvis tension wise there's not that much I can do.
