TOPIC: Mark Pequignot? - PhalloFILL in Oregon

I'm interested in HA. I'd prefer not to fly anywhere and this (Oregon) is the closest PhalloFILL location to me. Or does anyone know of any reputable HA providers near OR/WA/ID area?

Any insight on Mark? Has anyone went through him? I saw his certifications (DND, FNP-C) on the PhalloFILL page but not sure if/how they translate over to HA.

Also, does PhalloFILL do uncircumcised as well or varies by location?
