TOPIC: EGF/FGF serum or topic applying

I tried forum history and found nothing, so maybe theme never discussed before.

Did you heard or maybe tried yourself in appling EGF/FGF (epithelium/fibroblast growth factor) serum or topic on a penis skin to enhance proliferating inner tissue cells. In my opinion it can potentially help increase total Girth especially to guys with PMMA injections made earlier. It looks pretty safely, for except of injections cases (which is not topics purpose). What is your opinion?
