Those that have undergone PMMA augmentation with Dr. Casavantes thus far do seem to have good results. They are taking a \"calculated\" risk. In my personal opinion, PMMA bioplasty presents the least amount of short term risk while taking symmetry, aesthetics, volume and permanency into consideration. After careful research into the science behind it, it is a risk I am willing to take. Long term complications are unknown. I plan on joining the \"PMMA Club\" in October of this year. Thanks... I doubt I\'ll post pics but will be glad to continue posting my progress on my PF treatment... I must admit am curious to see how the PMMA works out long term for those who\'ve shown guts enough to go thru with it... Regards to all..

Hello All!! I just joined today and I am very impressed with all of the help and support from your comments and posts. I have, like many of you all, thinking about penile surgery (both length and width), but don\'t have a clue as to what would be the best for me. Until today, I have never heard of the terms of PMMA or FFT, so this also throws a wrench into my thinking. Can someone shed some light on these terms?? Also, if someone has had surgery and were pleased with the results, can you please let me know the name of the doctor and procedure that was done?? Thanks and I look forward to chatting with you all!!!

@wooferWelcome to PhalloBoards. There are members here that have undergone many different methods of Phalloplasty. Please use the search feature and page through the progress reports. Also, a quick view of the patient directory would probably serve you well. You need to read everything before making a life altering decision. There exists a wealth of knowledge both here and at our old site. This is mandatory reading. Results range from \"outstanding\" to \"never going to have sex again.\" Welcome and good luck to you.
