TOPIC: Elist Testicular Implants

anybody hear/ know about DR. Reed\'s implant? He charges 6000 and offers both soft silicone and saline filled sac. I wonder if those are available to be performed by Dr. Commancho? Sounds like it\'s a manufactured implant. Never heard anyone talk about his \'work\' (Dr. Reed) or that implant. Anyone ?

I don\'t come on this forum too often, so I haven\'t seen the posts, but respond to your questions:
No, I haven\'t had an other work done, but have been considering PE.
I don\'t think that I have the newer softer silicone; I think that I have the older, harder ones. When I got the implants, Dr. Elist didn\'t mention a newer, softer, implant, nor did I read about it in the discussion groups before I got them. I did however, read about the softer silicone that Dr. Elist is now using quite a while after I had the surgery. I would think that if Dr. E was about to give me the new implants, he would have mentioned that they were \"new and improved\".
I had large implants installed. When I asked Dr. E to put in the largest ones he could fit, he said that that\'s what everyone says. He said that the vast majority 90+% of his testicle implants are the large size. It seems like I paid $8500, but can\'t really remember.
As I mentioned in another thread on here a couple of days ago, yes, they appear natural to anyone looking at them. You can see the \"seam\" where the implant cups the natural testes, but it\'s slight. When someone is looking at your nuts, it doesn\'t even occur to them that there could be an implant in there; why would they? Unless you\'re reading these PhalloBoards, whose ever heard of testicle implants on guys who also have their natural testes? Even if/when they see an imperfectly shaped testicle through your scrotum, and they\'d really have to examine it, who would ever think about an implant being the reason?
Now when someone grabs your Balls, they\'ll feel that something is amiss. I\'m sure the saline-filled sacs are much nor similar in feel/texture to a natural testes, but I can\'t imagine how they\'d \"cup\" your testes; wouldn\'t they just be an additional testes in your nut sac? I can\'t imagine how those could look at all natural because they don\'t hold a shape. I\'m not saying that I know that they can\'t ... I\'m really just posing the question.
No, I\'ve never even contemplated removing the implants. With their drawbacks, I still like them a lot. I love the volume and weight in my shorts. I would however, really like for them to be softer and would even consider changing them out if a significantly better product came out to substitute them.

Florida- Thanks for the reply. Oddly, you have and DOG, both of whom have the implants, have different opinions. He has implied he might have his removed, and I believe he has the \'newer\' version. Interesting. to either of you, I\'ve never really heard an answer to the anecodotal question: are they that noticeable in tight jeans, swim trunks, biking/running shorts? Does it look \'natural\' or was the sudden change overly noticeable? I\'m looking for a \'modest\' improvement, and honestly Florida, that volume and weight that you refer to. I\'m still completely torn. I appreciate your feedback.

Yes, they\'re noticeable in tight jeans and other pants/shorts, but I like that. I don\'t think they\'re vulgar; just that I\'m well endowed. Of course, to the guy who just had them installed, they\'re very noticeable. Add an Inch to your shoe size and you\'d be tripping all over yourself. But to the rest of the world, your package size or shoe size just look normal. That being said, I\'ve noticed both men and women noticing that my shorts aren\'t empty. Like I said, it\'s not vulgar, but my fly doesn\'t just hang straight down.
If you\'re considering testicle implants, it\'s because you want a bigger package. Unlike a PE procedure, there\'s no size advantage except for the visual impact and the self-confidence it gives you. So hell yeah, your package will be bigger and heavier, and any guy would like that.

I\'m thinking of having this done - would involve flying from Australia.
I have noted the pros and cons - I am more after the improved look - bigger bulge in swimwear, etc.

My partner is supportive (does not understand why, but supports me if I want to get it done).

I have a question about the testicles retracting - this happens to me quite often and is normal.
I was wondering what would happen with the implants. Would they also retract?
Does any of the guys who had it done have experience with this?

I have read medical reports where there was damage to the testis after insertion of prosthesis. The injury lead to decreased testosterone production. I understand men wanting a \"bulge\"... I do. I would just be so nervous messing with my primary \"factory\" that makes me a man. You guys are brave. Really brave. John Wayne/Chuck Norris brave. I salute you.
I have found that by increasing your own production of testosterone, you will notice a much fuller sack. Larger testis and a lower hang. There are many ways to raise your T levels without using AAS or exogenous T. If you are a man over 35, you would really benefit from extra T. I\'ve increased my T levels from 640 to over 800. The only \"bad\" side that I got was some minor acne from the hormone flux. Then all settled and my body adjusted. I have more energy and strength and my erections have really improved. I\'ve also found my libido increased and I literally want to \"tap it\" all the time. If one is interested, please PM me and I\'ll share what I\'ve learned and has worked for me to date.

My testosterone is already low & my nuts on the small side.

It is only going to get lower as I age. I\'m receiving hormone replacement therapy (testosterone) from a doctor. I have tried other things, and the HRT is so far the only thing that works. I would like to stick to it and avoid the moodiness, low libido etc that I have without it.

My partner (who is also a doctor, but not the one prescribing) has not expressed any reservations about the implants.

Would still want to hear from someone with regards to the testicle rectracting question. Also, some further follow ups/ progress reports from the guys who have had it done will be appreciated.

I have considered penis enlargement, but decided against this - too risky for me.

The testicular enhancement will add to my package, with a lower level of risk.

How do you know the risk is lower?

I just heard back from Florida and don\'t think he\'d mind my sharing that he is not in the country for awhile, but did indicate that his testosterone scores came back \'normal\'. He is one of the few that have indicated satisfaction with the implant with all of it\'s caveats. Dog posted expressing his dislike of the implant and had them removed. Both posted pics in this thread (or the main one) showing the aesthetic result. I think the risks and downside are clear... the big kicker is the cost. Believe it or not, I\'m still considering it as well. It is the only \'true\' way to increase your package reiably- 24/7. Still too bad there isn\'t a better alternative. I would greatly anyone sharing any other options (other than liquid silicone- no way!). Regards

I did it and am happy. All of Florida's points are correct. I've written about it in the main thread, as well. My skin in one annoying spot has adhered to the implant, and the good doctor chooses not to reply to my emails about it. But, I did have really small Balls before, and I'm happy I can live my life with a package now.

what did he charge you? what was your recovery time? Are you planning to post pics? Still on the fence...

My Balls hang low & women love playing with them.......I personally hate when they play with them, I dont like the feeling. I have plenty of room to put X-Large implants in there if I wanted but wont be doing that ever.
I would rather have a big penis, the Balls are no big deal to me.
