The explanation for this imo (after 4 years of my penile pmma bioplasty) :-
penisgrosso.blogspot.com/?zx=bfcd057d1551ff4
1- If you check Big Fred\'s pre-pmma erect penis; he has peyronie\'s disease to the left (I have it too mild to the left) and during erection or stretching the penis directly after the injection of pmma the beads will move to the opposite side (the convex side) it could be the space in the diseased side (the concave side)i.e. the left is tighter and it will push some of the beads to the other side. In my case I have the same issue but less: the new collagen on the right side is a bit thicker than the left side.
2- Also in the pictures (erect penis) if you compare the before and after pmma pic.\'s :-
In the pre-pmma erect :- concave Lt. and convex Rt.
In the post-pmma erect :- straight Lt. and more convex Rt.
So pmma corrected the diseased side of the shaft only but it will unfortunately exaggerate the convex longer side in this case the Rt. side.
3- if you check also in the pic\'s 3,4,+ esp.6 :-

.
There is a depressed area on the back of the penis just behind the circ. scar; that means this area has less collagen gain (i.e. less pmma beads) from the beginning , this will not be so obvious on the naked eyes and you might not see it in the 1st 2 years but you can feel the depression between the firm thick collagen that is the reason why I have mentioned it before, from my experience you should delay the touch-ups and it will be much better after 2.5-3 yrs esp. if it were only minor aesthetic issues (but I know some of you wont wait for that period and will go earlier i.e. more touch-ups in the future).
4- In the last pic. (7) :- The base of his erect penis is narrower than the shaft (no pmma injected at the base).
In summary :-
Anyone who has peyronie\'s disease even if it is mild there is a high possibility of asymmetry aesthetic look in the long-term. So you should expect that before you go for pmma injection (due to the anatomical penile deep space asymmetry).
In regard of Big Fred he went for a large amount of pmma in disproportional with his shorter penile erect length with a peyronie\'s disease ----> Asymmetry almost 100%.
In his case in the early phase he had almost smooth symmetrical erect penis (but actually the penile skin covered the asymmetry of the new collagen underneath it i.e. the Rt. side has more beads >> the Lt.side) but in the long term i.e. the end result of the complete disappearing of the swelling ---> the asymmetry of the deep collagen will be more obvious. This is the same e.g. after Rhinoplasty some doctors used to say after 1 year you will have the final result but now they said the best and the final result is after 2 years (i.e. any fine irregularities will show of after 2 years of-course thin skin will show the irregularities earlier than the thicker one).
So in his case the mild swelling camouflage the thinner collagen on his Lt. side in the early phase so it looked much better in regard of symmetry but after a period of time e.g. >2yrs the swelling (edema) on the Lt. side had disappeared showing the bulge on the Rt. side and the asymmetry.
I hope I did explain it well (i.e. from my own experience).
