Thanks again justabitmore. Your comments are helpful. I think from my research what it is saying is that FFT works provided it is done correctly and also the dr. There are some really bad cases but also some good cases. It is hard to make a decision. I just want to feel more adequate and confident. Thanks again.

That\'s not correct. It\'s impossible to predict how fat will settle. You can havea rough idea by looking at the skin compliancy on your penis, but I\'ve never encountered a single surgeon that does that. In the US Dr Giunta does the most FFT. He has has some very good results and very bad. I\'m sure he did them all correctly. In the UK, Mr Viel is the main FFT guy and likewise he\'s had both good and bad results. If Dr\'s fat transfers were able to provide consistent results, then it would be used so much more in plastic surgery. Silicone implants and hydrolic acid fillers are often used simply because fat isn\'t predictable.

You said your research suggests that it\'s down to the Dr and performing the procedure correctly and I\'m saying what your research is revealing isn\'t correct. No matter how good the Dr and how \"correctly\" he performs the procedure, it\'s very difficult to predict the result. Mr Viel gave JAM one of the best FFT results Dr C had ever seen, but mine was pretty bad as was Iain01\'s. On Thundersplace there is a member called baywatch who had a brilliant result with Giunta, but there is also a guy who needed 6 top ups to get a decent result from Giunta and a member of MNS called IDbravheart who has shocking result with him.

Hoddle10 is correct. FFT is unreliable independent of doctor, methodology or patient. Very few achieve good results and out of those, many require frequent top ups. The aforementioned plastic surgeons are two of the best in the world at performing FFT. It does have a good safety track record but can also leave the penis severely deformed. Food for thought.

I can attest to that. I had FFT 16 years ago, and over the years a lot of the fat disappeared. Lumps have also formed, one of them noticeable. I did gain size, however, and the lumps haven\'t been a problem. I should add that when I had the procedure the practice was to overfill the area with fat, which they no longer do now.

I am strongly considering PMMA to even things out.

Hoddle is 100% correct! Dr C said mine was the best he had seen.....Meaning lots of really bad examples!

Of course that said all the really good examples might not bother going for PMMA.

But I would chose PMMA over FFT any day.

All we can do is offer you our opinion(s). I believe those that have responded to your inquiry are unanimous in suggesting that FFT does not offer the best results. Best of luck and keep please keep contributing!

For penile enhancement, not that anyone here is aware of. As a matter of fact, all of our Australian members who have received PMMA have either traveled to Europe or North America for the procedure.

See if you could do some research and see if you can unravel any names/practitioners in Australia that might perform this (or be open to performing this) and share it with the forum. It\'s usually the volunteer effort of our members that broadens our knowledge.

Anyone here had surgery with Dr. Colin Moore of Australia? He promises an Erect gain of 2.5-5cm... And usually double that Flaccid. He said his procedure is patented so he is the only one in the world that can offer this.....

As for his patent...I don\'t know the truth of it, but any such guarantees and promises should be a red flag. Was he referring to girth gains or length gains? Girth is plausible, length, not so much.

Good luck but Australia isn\'t the homeland of phallo-developments. You\'re in luck though, the nation reputed with the most advances in this field is not too far from your backyard (South Korea). And if you have a pretty penny, North America & Europe aren\'t bad options either. Good luck.

Hey guys I haven\'t posted in a while but originally happy with FFT I\'m planning on travelling to Mexico in the next few months to get PMMA on top of the FFT.

While Dr Caminer did the original FFT for me and 1 top up he doesn\'t store fat so that was the issue with him.
Due to the cost and not wanting to pay high prices for the day clinic each time I found a cosmetic surgeon who did a little lipo and gave me 3 top ups which improved things.

The problem I\'m finding with the fat is there are a few spots still that are uneven. My erections are definitely weaker (not sure if this is due to physiological reasons after all the surgeries) also originally my penis was Erect but now I can feel some small pea like hard bumps that I\'m not happy about.
It can alos be quite uneven after swimming, when it\'s cold etc.

Positives are ,nice Girth increase of just over an Inch Erect, looks good 60% of the time Flaccid and sure it\'s the reason I gained 1/2 Flaccid in length as my stretching regime was poor.

I\'m hoping PMMA will improve the feel Erect by my penis being firmer and avoiding the uneven look and feel I get at times. I\'m currently happy with my Girth so don\'t really want more than 1/4 Girth increase or cosmetically the Girth will be larger than the head.

Any feedback especially from guys who have had FFT then PMMA would be greatly appreciated and thanks to the guys I have spoken to on private messages.
