He used the new smaller cannula on me and acted like it was brand new. He was able to go in right next to the glans. He also remarked how expensive they were saying I should keep it as a souvenir!

The cannulas are considerably more expensive, and consequently work quite well in getting inside to distribute the PMMA.
I believe there may be a price increase of $1500 to $1700 to address the cost in upgrading the instruments.

He used it on me and it seemed more pain free. What I can say for sure is that my bruising is hardly anything this time around and I had a lot of cc\'s so expected to look trampled. Its day three and I think I will be bruise free on day 5 or 6.

@funnyfarm. It\'s day 12 and I feel a little hard spots around 3 of the entry points. Not super bad, but I\'ll see how it turns out.

One needs to \"squeeze\" the entry points to get the PMMA out of them and avoid little bumps. I did not have a problem in the first session, but the 2nd one I did, and I do not like it. I did exactly what Wade had instructed. It is not a big deal but there are some small tiny Balls at the entry points near the glans..We will see how it goes. I will write up a report soon, too busy right now.

Squeeze entry points for PMMA to get out till points close up and heal. Then make sure to massage as usual.

Regarless of what people may think, you guys are truly pioneers and we all appeciate your input. Dr. C may have been doing this for years but never at this rate. He is learning and improving and we all benefit from the reports.

Its been a little over 5 weeks and I\'m starting to develop a noticeable lump on the right hand side really close to the glans, this worries me because it\'s so close to the glans I don\'t think they\'d be able to fill it in, and instead may have to resort to a Kenalog shot. I\'ll update my progress report here shortly with photos, etc.

Ya, I believe I was one of the guinea pigs with the smaller cannula technique, when I went there he was showing it off remarking on how expensive etc the smaller ones were!

The new Cannulas are much smaller and can get in tight area. For me, it was very painful this time and those little bumps are worrying me...

At this point, I have about 7 small bumps all around and behind the glans area....not happy! May be it will get better, but I do not want to fool myself.
