Hanging/Stretching schedule, I always broke though - it took months sometimes. I think if I would have done this for 20 years starting at the age of 16, I would have better than 8\" now. It takes time to stretch your little buddy out to something permanent. I think the biggest NBEL I measured was 7.5\" - it didn\'t last but that was a good day brother! From my experience, surgery only helped my flacid length. I think others made gains following the surgery but I did not.
