Hi KENT, glad I could help, but be very diligent in your healing as complications can still occur well after the procedure. Take your time before trying to have sex or masturbate. Dr. Elist has changed the time frame for these activities many times. After my second surgery he said I could engage in sexual activities after 8-10 weeks, but I decided to wait 13 weeks before I performed gentle masturbation. After a couple of days, and no issues, I finally had sex with my wife. The extra couple of weeks of waiting were well worth the peace of mind. I did pump off and on for years leading up to my first surgery with Dr. Elist, but nothing regular. After implant surgery pumping is a huge no no. As far a stretching goes I used a terrible device called the track-man after my first lengthening surgery in 1995. I used it for about 6-8 months but actually lost length due to scar tissue build-up. I also stretched using the peni-stretcher, and eventually the AutoExtender, (which I still use). I never gained any length between 1995 and my first surgery with Dr. Elist in spring 2009, but that was due to the scar tissue.
