TOPIC: FFT (Free fat transfer) questions

Has anyone had the FFT procedure?
If so, I have some questions, if you don\'t mind.
1: What does the fat feel like after injection? I\'ve always had a little bit of fat on my stomach..would it be just as soft as fat on my stomach when I press on it?
2: Will using a stretcher 3-4 hours a day help with aesthetics?
3: How many times a year did you have to do a \'top off\'?
4: Can you do PMMA directly after FFT? Or anytime while fat is still present inside penis, assuming all fat hasn\'t disappeared?
5: What Dr. do you recommend for FFT?

1: Mine felt soft and a little lumpy, though I know other guys who say their\'s felt pretty normal. But I think it\'s ultimately dependant on so many factors, but mostly skin compliancy and the amount of skin one has. The same Dr\'s seem to get very different results with different patients, so it shows just how these thinsg vary from person to person and how difficult it is to predict a result based on another guys results.

2: I\'d imagine it would help somewhat, but ultimately aesthetics are largelly dependant on which fat cells survive the transfer and again skin compliancy.

3: I didn\'t have any top ups. I never liked the feel of my penis after FFT, so didn\'t want anymore.

4: I\'m not sure, but I think so. Though I wouldn\'t have it for at least a year, until you are sure the fat you have remaining is stable.

5: Not really. Most of them have had good and bad results. It\'s just very hard to predict with fat transfer. The Dr is only so important (obviously stick to those with decent reputations such as Giunta and Viel). If the fat cells die, then it doesn\'t matter who injects it. If you have tight inner skin and tougher skin at the base, then again, even the most skilled surgeon will have trouble achieving a good aesthetic result.

@ Tulsa guy 1: No it feels quite normal when Flaccid and when hard it stretched out and your penis does not feel soft. (based on the assumptions that your Surgeon uses a moderate sane amount of fat: 2: Cant see why it would and take care not to get any indentations if it is within a week or ten days of your operation. 3:count on 3-4 top ups a year. I did it every three months. they take about 15 min and heal in a week. 4: I did and I had great results but! I would reccomend getting PMMA only to anyone who asks me. I do have some slight unevennes where the fat has not dissipated. DR C and Wade said my FFT job was the best they had seen. So a bad job might be harder to make look good with PMMA. 5. DR VIEL in Uk is the Doc who did mine and he is a great surgeon but too far four you. Giunta I hear is the best in the states although he is not realistic with his claims about only doing two session and then its permanent. Bonus answer 6: Choose PMMA.
