Age is no problem but the Elist implant is. I would not get PMMA unless you have it removed first. And why do that if you are not having trouble ? 9 inches Girth wouldn\'t you look very out of proportion in terms of length. what if she could easily accommodate that size, would you feel unsatisfied and a need to reach 10 inches.. No offense intended but I think the problem has nothing to do with you or your wife physical characteristics and more to do with your internal beliefs. Most women are obsessed with their own body image and have little concern for their partners penis unless they have ED problems.

I wouldn\'t get my implant removed for any reasons other than medical, or I became single, as there is no way that a sexual partner wouldn\'t know you have an implant. It does get softer to the touch over the first couple of years, but no matter what Dr. Elist says you will always feel it.

You hit on one of the biggest reason I haven\'t had it done, I don\'t know how much she can take, so getting it done doesn\'t reach the risk/reward factor.

I haven\'t been following this thread, but you\'ve got an 8.75\" Girth and you want even more? Is penis size really the issue here? Don\'t you need to be focusing on fixing whatever it is that makes you want a 9.5\" Girth penis, rather than actually getting the size increase?

You completely misunderstood. I do not wish for any particular size in inches, I only wish I would have to work it into my wife, instead of sliding right in... My little fantasy. I didn\'t even know what my stats were until Dec 2014 and Jan. 2015 when I finally took measurements. For the first 5.5 years after getting the implant the only measurement I took was for length about 3 weeks after my surgery. I only took that measurement because I lost so much length after surgery I was curious. I\'ve never been a numbers chaser, just wanted to be bigger. My statement concerning 9.5\" was the concern that if I got PMMA over my implant to try and fill my wife up, and for some reason became single in the future, what kind of difficulty would I have in finding a lover who could take 9.5\".

Oh I see. But even so it still amounts to an issue beyond penis size though. Ultimately I think you need to focus on why you have this \"little fantasy.\" Sure we all have them, but when they lead for us to do things such as get an implant over an already large penis and then consider a permanent filler on top of that, then it\'s a potentially dangerous fantasy.

I think you should be happy what you have is monstrous - and you have no complications with it.

PMMA requires healthy tissue and blood supply to encapsulate the plexiglass beads. The silicone implant is not compatible.

The issue is no longer your problem (not sure it ever was). Your wife, respectfully needs Vaginal surgery to correct the issue.
