Urologist could remove it. But you don\'t want them to attempt to. It isn\'t a case of choosing which method gives the best aesthetic result either. If degloving is an option they will do it. But when something is injected into the penis it\'s difficult to tell if it\'s going above or below the fascia, hence some people report it moving with the skin and others don\'t.
It doesn\'t matter if it\'s fat,
PMMA or liquid silicone, it can all be cut out. But when doing so you are taking the risk of
Necrosis. If the stuff is stuck to the skin, then, as in the example, the only option is to remove that entire section of skin.
