Sure. I guess I should add, it could help if you already have a decent Flaccid hang, to just prevent mild pulling back in cold weather or possibly during exercise...but for me, I\'m a big time turtle-er...so it doesn\'t have enough strength. The ESL 40 is successful for most guys, but even with that, I seem retract back out of all the time.

Also, I think my glans was turning white when I had it on... which is weird because other things don\'t do that. But, it was tight - just not tight in the right way to force it to keep the Flaccid extended.

oh it\'s $35 now? Geez... I think that went up. Maybe it\'ll help some people and also people with more flared glans so there\'s more of a ledge.

I received my order the other day... And all I can say is I love it wish i had it years ago.. My take pics of before,while and after use so people can see the product up close and to see how it works.. If people like that idea I can always post. Or you can just try it for your self

I received my package today. I wanted this to increase the size of my penis so that I can get more skin for gender reassignment surgery. They say measure twice, cut once. I measured numerous times and unfortunately the measurement didn\'t work for me. My trouble is that my penis is so small that no Male Enhancement product works for me.This product is hard to put on with my small penis and tight scrotum. Urination is very hard as it feels like it is constricting my urethra. To me this is mostly a novelty item rather than the tool that it is supposed to be.

Doesnt seem worth the money when you can just buy a silicone sleeve for under 8 bucks and do the same thing.

I\'ve had two of these for quite some time, each a different size in case one did not fit well. My glans/shaft have a very small transition (basically same Girth), and I\'m a Grower. These didn\'t work well for me. I retracted, wrinkled the sleeve to the point that my head pulled through them.

Yes I am Transgender. Actually I am having better luck with just the sleeves than the entire package. The spandex around the shaft of my penis actually does the same for me as the cotton would to another person. I am turned on sexually to having spandex near my skin. I want to get at least one Inch more of growth from 3.75.

I actually think that the cotton sleeve should have been made out of spandex with an elastic band to tightly secure the testicles in a pouch. I have seen something like it on Wish but I would like to see it as a base to place the black and flesh colored sleeves over to provide a package that will keep the penis excited enough to grow.

Just got my stealth size a18

Review: a18 is 60mm wide and 3 inches long. I sort of regret getting such a small size width but my head/glans are extremly small so i thought it was a good idea to go small. My Girth is way bigger then 60mm Flaccid so its sort of squeezing me a bit. Overall i dont turtle anymore and my Flaccid length went from 2-2.5 to 3 inches.

As u can see it squeezing me but its not really painful i can bare it.

I am looking to order a custom size. I have had 4 Girth enhancements so my Girth (6.5 inches Flaccid) is much larger than my glans (4.2 inches) and I am turteling now. I am hoping this will help stretch my penis post procedure as I cannot use my X4 anymore, afraid it will misshape my penis.

Has anyone else used this post PMMA/silikon 1000 procedure?

Well i have HA and it works fine for me. Your Girth will be a slight problem bc w.e size Girth u get it will be the same for the glans. 60mm is the smallest size so i would get much bigger size seeing how ur way bigger then me Flaccid. I got a size too small so it does squeeze me a bit.
