TOPIC: Pumps for PMMA after care

I\'ve owned several medical pumps to treat my Peyronies. I\'m still loving my X40. I get a great seal and it can apply too much vacuum if you pump to full capacity. Maybe the older ones are of different quality.

That said, I do like these pumps linked below. I may buy the auto pump down the road...$$$. My aesthetics are unchanged and I\'m still a solid 8\"EL x 7.5\"EG. I must say that I really NEED a bigger pump cylinder than the X40. I have an older, air based pump with a 3\"ID tube. I can completely fill it up too. I did a light hydro session and finished with this tube one day. Came out with nearly 9\" of girth. It was awesome and there was negligible if any fluid retention. Won\'t be doing it again though. I like water much better.

I was considering getting pumps from penispumpwarehouse.com But this website seems way better. I like the pulsar electric pump but it\'s pricey, and I\'m not sure if we use lube with it.

I\'ve always liked the idea of the bathmate, I feel like it\'d be a more enjoyable way to pump as well.

Wow filling a 3\" cylinder would be insane! I thought filling my 2.75\" was nuts! Did ya try it on the wife?!

As far as dependable pumps on the cheap go, I\'ve had lapdist.com cylinders before which were good and bustonpump.com looks pretty promising too if you don\'t want to spend a ton but still get something better than the sex shop pumps.

Unless you plan on water pumping don\'t bother buying an actual pump. You can buy cheap vacuum devices that are electric powered, so you don\'t have to sit there and pump. Then all you need is a cylinder and some silicone tube.

I used to use one of these. I bought it second hand off ebay for about '15. It\'s so much nicer than having to actually manually pump.

I pretend I\'m fucking the pump! Lol. That\'s my kind of work. My only issue with the X40 is that I\'m too large for it. :/. I fill the 7.9\" circumference in two pumps.

I\'ve been reading about the Penemet hydrovac. It has silicone galters that offer different vacuum pressures, starting from the lowest to highest they sell (about 5 of them, different colors per Hg level).
But it costs $297 for the premium one. I just bought a $16 cheapo air pump on ebay from China to try out and I fill the tube completely on vacuum (the tube is pretty small. So I figure getting a large enough pump to accommodate a growing member is a good idea. I had looked into the Bathmate x30, since I\'m only around 5\" Erect, but read many stories about the seal not being so good (I think they\'re rubber, not silicone).
Anyway, where can I get a Cock ring? That sounds like a good idea too.

I\'m 3weeks post PMMA and I like the idea of maximising collagen growth.i tried pumping this morning and all the entry points went purple a couple hours later? Is it Too soon to be pumping ? I don\'t feel like I used too much pressure? I used about 75% of pressure that I used to use pre op

Maybe you use too much pressure. I do think 3 weeks is too long of a wait, after all doesn\'t the collagen start to form 3 days after the procedure.

Pumping after PMMA is a new thing that Dr C and Wade are promoting now. I\'d say follow their post op procedures.

Having said that, my own experience with pumping after PMMA has settled in has been negative and caused rough skin and other problems. However, M8 is pumping after his last procedure and he will chime in with his findings.

We will have to wait a year or so to form an opinion either way...

Wade actually advised me to begin pumping just about 2 weeks shy of my 2nd Round, which is tentatively set for February 11. He explained that this is something they\'ve been recommending to soften any scar tissue that develops so that the next layer can settle in. I\'m not sure on the physiological composition of the theory, however, it made sense when he explained it to me.

He said not to over do it with the pressure, just to get it to your Erect length and hold for about 5 minutes. Then repeat. Do that about 3 times a day. Please do not quote me on this exactly as I am speaking from my recollection of the discussion from yesterday.

Neither. The body\'s inflammatory response from the microspheres takes place regardless.
