Hi jimmyjames

After my 1st round, I had a very similar effect behind the glans. I think it took 2-3 weeks until the swelling went down in this area.

The unevennes can be corrected on your 2nd round, as can hard injection points.

Best of luck with your recovery

Mustang2020, are you saying if you have 30%, it best not to massage?

Is the puffy ring around your glans soft & squishy or hardening like much of the rest of your shaft? If it\'s soft & squishy, it\'s likely still swelling (we all heal differently), and could even be fluid(s) / edema (someone chime in ??). I\'d get Wade & Dr. C\'s opinion and I\'d keep your head up...fortunately the issues seem to be strictly aesthetic and that\'s something that can ultimately be worked on (as opposed to having serious complications like infection, etc).

If you decide to leave this forum, you can always update your progress report without necessarily having to be frequently active. Just some food for thought, good luck !

Here are my photos 12 days post op. It\'s a Flaccid pic and a pulled stretch picture. I\'m feeling pretty defeated at the moment and just praying this gets better. I even made up a lie to take a break from my GF because I\'m so embarrassed. Is it possible to still have swelling this far post op that is making these deformities? I know I said earlier that I would leave the forum but I plan to see this through and update my progress to highlight that this is not some peachy process with flawless results like so many before me.

Without pix it is hard for us to asses the situation. 30% is more likely to form high/low spots IF massaged by the patient and the product got pushed to the wrong spot, it is less tolerant than 10%. This happened to me and I will need another session to correct it, but mine is not too bad in my eyes. Dr C actually is excellent at placing product where it should go, but of course he is not perfect and also some time some patients massage/move the PMMA to another spot and hence they create their own problems (I am not saying you did though!).

Send pix to Wade and see what he says!

Also, if you are leaving this forum you will have to keep in touch with Dr C to get your answers, not that we are Dr\'s here but we have some good opinions on this board.

i\'m 10 days post op and I\'m praying that this will start to look better. I feel everything that could possibly go wrong, did. I have a prominent ring forming above the cir. scar, my whole penis shaft is uneven and lumpy, there are hard spots at two injection points..

I\'m disappointed so far but I have faith that it will get better and a round two will shape the low uneven points. The Girth is larger but as of now it looks altered and misshaped. I\'ll add pics at the 2 weeks mark, hopefully things look better.

I agree with Restoration. I know that burned out feeling you have right now but it would be a big help if you could periodically pop in to post about your result.
Best of luck, Messageman

JJ- I do understand how you feel! I opted for 30%! I had roughly 23/24cc of 30 and the rest 10% total 29cc. Had the same issue with swelling and unevenness! You can look at the pics I posted of the swelling! I do have one small lump(Nodule) on the side and the shape gets better by the day. Trust me it will start to look better! Im almost 2wks post op

JimmyJames - I know the feeling of reading way too much / spending too much time on a board - but if you could give an update in a few weeks, I am sure that would be really helpful to anyone in the future who has lumps early on. I\'d be concerned if I had 30% and a lot of lumps...but if you and others in similar situations came back in a month to say it all settled down that would really help. I have a few more months to wait, but the two main problems seem to be lumps and the circ scar area...and seeing the circ scar \"gap\" resolved from the early pioneer posts was really helpful. Now that they are doing 30% on everyone (unless the patient demands 10 for some reason), I\'d more concerned than ever about the side effects like lumps - since they seem bigger in 30 patients.

26 CC of 30%? wow, that seems like a lot. You will see results in a few months, so be patient. 7 days post op may be your lowest time.

Thanks for all the replies... Things are already looking less uneven but Girth has went down dramatically at day 7. I had 26cc of mostly 30% and I\'m only sitting with a .4 gain right now. Hopefully collagen will boost the size more. I\'m not going to stress about ir anymore and just let the product do the work and prepare for a second procedure to make it more perfect. I\'m also leaving the forum as I\'ve spent way too much time here. Cheers and good luck to all.

Do you think my result now at 6 days is indicative of what will be in 6 weeks in regards to the lumpiness and overall unevenness. I really hope not or I\'ll be really disappointed because I can\'t go back for 8 months minimum. Has anyone here had lumpy results at 6 days but it evened out over time?

Most likely the PMMA is pretty much fixed and only the swelling is what can be moved. The final result will be realized in a few months. I suspect the look will get better but you may also have to do another round so don\'t worry too much. I only say this not having seen any pix of your initial results.

Good Luck!
